-Y/n's POV: The Baby Shower-
I'm about 5 months pregnant now- so you can definitely see my bump which Kenny loves
Occasionally I can feel the baby kick or move around which is kind of uncomfortable but also kind of cool
The baby shower was today so I was spending the day at the Broflovski's house while Wendy and some of our friends help her set up- she wanted it to be somewhat of a surprise for me
Sheila has really been such an amazing help- she is like a second mom to Kenny, Karen and I
We told all of our friends a couple months ago about the baby and they all were super supportive- believe it or not even Cartman was excited
He even talked to his mom Liane who offered to watch the baby for us whenever we go to school or work- she was a full-time stay at home mom so Kenny and I gladly accepted her offer
Everything was slowly falling into place- I decided that after graduation I would take a test to become a real estate agent since college wasn't exactly in the books for me anymore- I didn't mind though since I never really liked school
The only reason I didn't just get my GED was because I wanted to graduate with all of my friends
My parents have officially decided to stay in D.C. so they left us the house- Kenny and I decided to move into their old bedroom so Karen took my old room which left us the guest room to use as a nursery
Kenny's parents have actually decided to start therapy and counseling so they have been a lot more tolerable than they used to be- they are even sober right now which is a great start
My dad finally came around to the whole baby thing so him
Him and my mom even flew in today for the baby shower which was exciting since I hadn't seen them in awhile
"Aright Sweetheart, it's time to go" Sheila said walking into the living room
"Alright" I smiled "let me go change quick" I said, walking into the bathroom and putting on a pink and blue floral dress with a white cardigan- luckily I had already done my hair and makeup
I walked out and hopped into the car where Sheila, Kenny, Karen and Ike were waiting, "well don't you look gorgeous" Sheila said admiring my dress
"Thank you" I smiled "it's hard to find anything that fits these days" I laughed
We drove to my house, when we arrived I saw the front yard decorated with tons of balloons and streamers, there was a sign on the door that read 'We can Bearly wait for Baby Mccormick' we walked in and there were tons of teddy bears and with baby pink and blue balloons
"You're here!" Wendy smiled running over, "put this on" she said placing a stash around me which read 'Momma bear'
"This is adorable Wendy!" I said pulling her into a hug, thanking her for doing all this for Kenny and I
"Hey kiddo" my dad said walking up to me, pulling me into a long hug
"Dad" I smiled "I missed you" looking up to see my mom had joined us in the hug, "I'm happy to see you guys"
"Hey M/n and D/n" Kenny said from behind us
"Hi Kenny dear" my mom said
"Hello son" my dad said patting his back "you better be taking good care of my daughter and my grandchild"
"Yes sir" he laughed
We went outside to the backyard which was completely decorated- one table had a bear themed cake and tons of snacks and treats, another had tons of gifts, and there were even some games set up
It was a beautiful day out- I was just enjoying the fresh air, being surrounded by tons of people that loved us
"It's time for the gender reveal!" Wendy said pointing to the beehive shaped piñata that was labeled 'what will it bee?'
Kenny and I walked up on each side of the piñata, "You can break it" I laughed passing Kenny the stick
"Okay babe" he smiled taking the stick from me
Our friends and family starting counting down.... 3.....2.....1 *smash*
"It's a BOY!" Wendy yelled out as the blue powder exploded from the piñata
Kenny dropped the bat and wrapped me into a tight hug, picking me up and spinning me around as our friends cheered in excitement
"A little Kenny" I smiled
"That's not all" Wendy said wheeling out a second beehive- everyone just stared at her in confusion, including me
"When I went to pick up the results from the doctor's they told me that you're actually having twins" she smiled "surprise!"
"T-twins" I stuttered, probably sounding less excited than I should be
"Yes twins!" she beamed, "now let's find out the gender of Baby two"
"It'll be okay babe" Kenny whispered to me, wrapping his arm around my waist
Kenny passed me the stick to break up the second piñata- I was still in shock but I went on with the gender reveal, smashing the second piñata which bursted bright pink
"And a girl!" Wendy yelled
Everyone went crazy cheering, my parents came up and congratulated us- "twins huh" my mom laughed, placing her hand on my stomach "goodluck"
"Our luck" I sighed placing my hand on my stomach- I had just come to terms with the fact that I was going to have one baby- now I just found out that I'm having two
I wanted to be excited but this really stressed me out, Kenny must have seen my less than impressed expression because he quickly grabbed my hand and led me into the house
"Let's go upstairs" he said, I just nodded following him into our room
"Are you alright?" he asked, closing the door behind him
"I guess so" I said quietly, looking down at the ground
"It's okay to be upset" he said lifting my chin "no one will blame you- especially not me"
"It's not that I'm upset-" I said "I'm just not ready- I don't know if I will ever be ready"
"Is anyone ever ready?" he asked grabbing my hand, "you do an amazing job taking care of Karen" he smiled "I know you'll be an amazing mom- whether that's to one or two babies"
"I just cannot believe it's twins" I replied
"Well now there will be a little me and a little you" he smiled placing his hand on my bump
"You better hope it isn't a little me" I laughed "I was a terrible kid- I locked my mom out of the house, poured bleach on myself- I even jumped out of a window once"
"Sounds like fun" he laughed with me "are you feeling better?" he questioned
"A little" I smiled, grabbing his hand
"Then let's go back to the party" he said leading us back outside
Kenny always knew how to make me feel better, he's going to be an amazing dad- I just hope I can be half as good as a mom
