1. 'an unexpected meeting'

English isn't my first language so if I write any mistakes please correct me i will really appreciate that.

- 'Eda wake up! Lily is going to be here in an hour!'
I heard a voice of my college room mate.

- 'wh-wha? Lily? Hour? Oh god I totally forgot about this!'
I said and stood up.

I looked at my room mate Raine. I was kind of embarrassed about how I look right now but we literally live together and they see me like that everyday so I just ignored it. I got ready and ran to the kitchen to eat something.

- 'I got you. I made some pancakes today while you were asleep. Here you go.'
They gave me a plate of pancakes.

- 'Oh i really appreciate it. Thank you so much Raine. I'd be a mess without you.'
I said.

I kinda blushed because, they were my crush for like 2 years. But we're only best buddies so I need to accept it.

- 'Rainestorm could you give me some maple syrup?'
I asked them.

- 'jeez you need to lower you expectations from me. But yes sure just because, I like you.'
They said and leaded to the fridge.

I ate my breakfast and brushed my teeth. Now me and Raine are sitting in the small living room.

- 'Calamity you have some syrup left on your face..'
They said and grabbed a tissue to clean it.

- 'Hey you could just pass me the tissue and I would do it for myself!'
I said laughing.

- 'oh shut up Eda you should've thanked me!'
They said and started to act like they are offended.

- 'okay I'm sorry Raine don't be so grumpy.'
I said and patted them on head like a little dog.

As we were laughing I heard a ring bell. That must be Lilith! I ran over to the door to open it.

- 'Hiii Eda! I've missed you since you're gone to college.'
She hugged me. I hugged her back. I missed her.

- 'and also I have a little suprise for you..'
She said and showed me a doggy on a leash.

- 'King! Come here buddy!'
I shouted to him. It was my dog! My dog king!

- 'Let them in. I think it would be much better to sit in the living room than just standing in the door.'
Raine said. I totally forgot about letting them in.

- 'oops sorry I forgot about letting you in.'
I said with a smiley face.

- 'oh Eda you didn't change.'
Lily said.

- 'now come in!'
I said.

We were sitting in the living room and talking about stuff. King was playing with his favourite toy next to the sofa.

- 'soo how are you guys doing in here? I mean you live together for like already half a year and I'm just curious.'
Lilith said. She's right. It's been a while.

- 'actually pretty good but sometimes I have to act like a parent to Eda.'
Raine said ironically.

- 'oh come on I have to act like a parent to you too.'
I said and punched them in the arm.

- 'ouch! That one hurt. But you're not lying.'
They said.

- 'I can see you're still the best buddies. I can remember how 4 years ago you met on some weird competition.'
Lily said.

- 'it's been 4 years?! It feels like we've been friends forever.'
I said with suprised face. "Friends". I wish we could be more than just that.

- 'the good old times with principal bump and hexide have gone. But now it's still nice.'
Raine added.

We kept talking but lily had to go. Our mom called her. I haven't talk to my parents till our last fight. I love them so much but I'm scared to talk to them.

Lily left us alone and there is half a day to spend together. I love weekends.

- 'soo what do you want to do now? I mean we didn't plan anything on today.'
Raine said softly. They were right. We don't have anything to do.

- 'maybe we could do a film day? I mean the weather outside is terrible but we can stay home and have a film maraton. I would love to watch every chapter of "Pirates of the Caribbean".
I said. That's a great idea.

- 'good idea Eda. Tommorow is Sunday so we can watch till the night.'
Raine said happily. I think they liked the idea.

- 'you get blankets i get popcorn and some drinks. But please don't take the dark blue one because its texture is just uncomfortable.'
I said. I hate that blanket.

We did what I said and after a moment we were sitting next to each other on the couch.

- 'wait can you search on the Google wich part is first?'
I asked Raine.

- 'I'm on it!'
They took out their phone and began searching.

- 'it says here that the first part is.. "The curse of the Black Pearl".'
They said after turning off their phone.

- 'okay let me find it.. and done. We got everything?'
I said and clicked on the film.

- 'yes. Now play the film because I want to see it so bad.'
Raine sad.

I turned on the film and we started to watch it. I moved to Raine to get closer to them. I wish I could just hug them right now. On my suprise Raine put their hand on my arm and side-hugged me. I could feel my cheeks get hot. Stay focused Eda. As we watched the next parts it started getting late. It was already 8pm and I started to get sleepy. I really like to sleep. I rested my head on Raines arm and started to fall asleep. I was half-asleep but I felt something hug me. It were Raine. We were laying on the couch hugging each other. I was totally confused but i decided to not say anything. We just fell asleep in each others arms on the living room couch. I love them.
