(ON HOLD) Captain America x Reader x Chris Evens

Chapter 1

*Name's POV*

You wake up slowly staring at the wall opposite to you. You rolled over seeing Chris ,still sleeping, next to you. The events from the night before flooding your mind and you smile. You place a hand on the side of his face. Chris reaches out placing his hand over your's .

"Morning ,Beautiful," he says moving your hand to his lips kissing the tips of your fingers sending a shiver through you. He leans down kissing you gently and pulls away smiling.

"Morning to you to, Dorito," You smile as he gives you and exasperated look. The two of you had argued over the nickname when you first started dating ,but after losing nearly all of them Chris had finally given up trying to stop you from calling him Dorito.

"So we both finally have a day of together what should we do?" he says as he sits up revealing his toned stomach. You sit up and your hair falls in your face. Chris brushes it out of your eyes and runs his fingers through your [hair length] hair.

"Well I thought that we could make breakfast then go for a walk in the park," you say swinging your feet over the side of the bed and sliding your feet into you [f/c] slippers. "That is if you can get your but up," you say glancing back seeing him lying back down.

"Ugh ,Can't you just make us breakfast pretty please," he teases as he gets up searching for his shirt. You grab your phone checking the time and it buzzed.

Eyepatch: I have an assignment for you Agent [last name]

[Name]: Today's my day off and I have plans with Chris

EyePatch: And I don't care this is more important than that

[Name]: Can't someone else do it? or even better can it wait till later.

EyePatch: No and do you like Captain America?

[Name]: More like LOVE! why?

EyePatch: that's the assignment

You bit your lip contemplating weather Fury was trying to trick you into coming in or if he was telling the truth. Getting to meet Captain America would be amazing ,but if he was just trying to get me to come in was it worth my day with Chris?

"Hey what ya thinking about?" You look up Chris standing in front of you, his blue eyes filled with worry.

"It's uh um nothing to worry about," you shake your head and smile. You couldn't just leave him not when this was one of the only times the two of you get to be together. He raised an eye brow and reached for your phone.

"Then if it's nothing you mind me looking at your phone then cause you didn't put your upset face on till you started texting someone," he smiled and tilted his face to the side knowing he was right. You sighed handing him the phone letting you see the text between you and Fury. He looks up raising his eyebrows questioning you with his eyes.

"I'm not planing on going in," you rush to explain ,"I want to spend my day with you." He smiles sadly then looks down. He types something on your phone and looks back up at you.

"I told Fury you'd come in and he's sending a car for you," he says when he hand's the phone back to you. You look at him with disbelief. How could he do this it was supposed to be your day together.

"But Chris-," you start.

"Look I know we were supposed to be together today ,but you have a job to do and if Fury chose you and no one else can do it then it must be important," he says the gets up kissing the top of your head.

"Fine but I'll make this up to you," You get up take a shower and get dressed. When you go to the dining room Chris places a plate of [fav breakfast] in front of you.

"I made it while you were in shower you'll need your energy," he smiled as he stuffed some pancakes in his mouth. He was like a giant child and you loved him. You reached over and whipped some syrup of the side of his mouth. The two of you ate your breakfast chatting until you heard the car pull up and honk.

"I'll see you later," you say and kiss him. He pulls back looking directly in your eyes.

"I don't know what your assignment will be but stay safe I can't lose you," he whispers against your lips. The two of you always worried about each other when you had assignments because it could be as simple as training a new guy or going overseas and taking out some terrorist figure head.

"I'll make sure I come back to you," you say kissing him gently then head to the door. You both knew it was a empty promise because you both knew if the mission called for it you'd give your life. As you leave you throw a smile over your shoulder and walk to the car. You open the door to get in the back seat and slide in and see another man in the car with you.

"Hi, I'm Steve, Steve Rogers," He smiles and holds out his hand for you to shake. You couldn't help but stare for a moment and then tentatively reach out and shake his hand wondering if it was all a dream ,and you where about to wake up next to Chris. Because this was just impossible. The man in front of you was THE Captain America.

A/N: This is the first x reader i've ever done super sorry if it sucks but give me feedback i wan't to know what you think!! if it really sucks then tell me and I'll try to change it.
