Vic's POV
Blade is driving me home. She's forgiven me, she loves me, she's mine again. I only had to stay in the hospital for only two days thankfully. I'm still extremely mad at myself for what I did. I have a giant white bandage wrapped around my arm and the cuts are probably going to leave some bad scaring.
"We're here." Blade said and broke me out of my thoughts.
"God it's still going to be a huge mess inside." I mumbled as I got out of the car.
"Maybe it won't be messy." Blade said after she heard me.
She unlocked the door and turned on the light. Everything is clean. There's no more glass on the floor from the broken picture, the kitchen isn't filled with empty cigarette boxes and Jack bottles and there is even little vanilla scented candles on the kitchen table.
"I kinda cleaned up a little while you were still in the hospital last night." Blade said and sat on the couch.
"Kind of cleaned up? This is beyond that babe. This is awesome. It's never this clean." I said and sat next to her.
"Well I'm glad you like it this way." she smiled and blew out one of the candles that was on the table by the couch.
Silence filled the air as we sat on the couch not saying anything. We both know that this is extremely awkward and we both know that there is a lot to talk about. Like the fact that I almost committed suicide because I was drunk.
"Blade. We need to talk about this. I can't just keep it quiet." I said as the tension in the air got heavier.
"Vic... I know we need to but I- I just want to forget about what happened because I have you with me and that's all that matters." she stared down at her hands as she spoke.
"I know but, what I did to you was unacceptable. It was terrible and I broke your heart. So what I guess I'm trying to say is, if you want to leave me, I understand. The alcohol I had all those days ago made me feel like I was the victim I guess. But I swear Blade, you deserve much better than me. And if you want to find somebody else I get it." Blade looked like she wanted to cry by the time I finished my sentence.
"I could never leave you. What you did, it did hurt me but leaving you, that would hurt me even more. Vic, this isn't the first time this has happened to me. My ex cheated on me behind my back for a month and I left him just like that. But with you I could never leave. I'm honestly attached to you and I could never let you go. You're my world Vic. And living without you... It wouldn't be living." she said and scooted closer to me.
"Babe I-"
"Just shut up Vic." she whispered and placed her lips on mine. "I love you." she said as she took her lips off of mine.
"I love you too." I whispered as I held her. I lifted her up and carried her bridal style to my- our bedroom.
I laid her down on the bed and laid down next to her.
"You're way to perfect. You know that?" I played with little strands of her hair as I held my self up with my elbow.
She blushed and looked away before playfully telling me to shut up.
"I'm never gonna shut up." I said.
"Oh really? Let's see about that." Blade said and sat on top of me. She leaned down and passionately kissed my lips.
"You're still not shutting me up." I said after she pulled her lips off of mine.
"Ugh, fine asshole." She removed her shirt and bra and then stared down at me before removing my shirt.
