Vic's POV one year later.
"Damn, I can't believe it's been one year." I say to Mike as we watch Shiloh and Blade play on the floor.
"Yeah. She's gonna have the best first birthday party ever." Mike exclaims.
It has now been one year since Shiloh was born and today Blade and I were prepared to throw her the best birthday party ever. The party was supposed to start in an hour but 'Uncle Mike' decided to stop by early.
"Da da." Shiloh says as she stands up and walks over to me.
"Aw come here Shi." I say as I grab her quickly so she won't fall. Shiloh just took her first steps last week and she's still completely stable yet.
"You are gonna have the best birthday ever baby." I say as I set her on my lap.
She says a few nonsense words to me before struggling to get out of my lap and onto the floor with Blade again.
I love watching her and Blade play. They are literally the most beautiful girls in the world. But even with their beautiful personalities and faces they still get hate. People who claim to be "fans" say that Blade and Shiloh ruined Pierce the Veil and that my life is fucked because of the baby coming into my life. People who even think about saying that piss me off. My daughter is literally the best thing that's ever happened to me. It's hard to get the haters to leave us alone but there is also so many fans who love us. The good thing is that there is more fans than haters.
"Well, I'd better go pick up the cake." I say and snap myself out of my own thoughts.
"Okay. Be quick." Blade says as she picks Shiloh up and rests her on her hip.
"I will." And with that I run to the car to pick up the cake.
When I got to the mall I ran in and went straight to the bakery to which I saw a very long line.
"Dammit." I mumbled under my breath. Well, whatever. I took my spot in line and waited.
"Oh my god. Is that Vic Fuentes?" Someone whispered from somewhere to my right.
"Yeah, I think it is." Another voice whispered. I was about to look over there and go talk to them when I heard them say something again. "We shouldn't talk to him though."
"Why?" The other voice said in a let down voice.
"Because, I heard ever since he married that chick and had a baby with her, he's been really bitter and rude to his fans." Well that's fucking bullshit.
"Wow. I knew that 'Blade' bitch wasn't right for him." That's it. I was about to go talk to them when someone tapped my shoulder.
I turned around and saw someone who I haven't seen in ages. Arianna Gunderson. My ex girlfriend.
"Arianna?" I questioned. I can't believe it's her.
"Yeah. Hi Victor." She said with a big smile on her face. Then she did what I least expected. Hugged me. "I haven't seen you in years." She said.
"Uh yeah. It's really been a long time." I said as I awkwardly hugged her back.
"So how's everything been?" She asked as she let go of me finally.
