Part 12: Ready for this

Kaden's ship landed on the Planet of Evade. He was saluted by the squad stationed on the planet in case the royal family had to ever evacuate to the planet, there would already be soldiers there to protect them. Kaden told them all to wait there since he knew that they were going to have company. The plan was when they showed up, they would take care of them while Kaden handled you.

He took you to a tower stationed in the middle of the forest. It was a big stone tower and in true fairy tale fashion, he was going to lock you inside the tower. There was a bed, a little desk with a few books and nothing much else. You had your hands tied behind your back and you're leaning against the wall as Kaden looked out the only entrance and exit to the tower.

"Any moment now," Kaden said sinisterly. He turned to look at you with an evil smile. "Your Highness"

Believe me I know, I've sunk pretty low

Kaden looked at his hands

But whatever I've done, you deserved

Kaden walked to the desk

"Kaden," you pleaded

"Quiet," Kaden growled

I'm the bad guy, that's fine

Kaden slammed his fist on the desk

It's no fault of mine and some justice at last will be served

Kaden pulled out his sword and started into his reflection

"Please, listen," you pleaded

Now it's time to step up or it's time to back down

And there's only one answer for me

Kaden walked back to the window-entrance

And I'll stand up and fight 'cause I know that I'm right

Kaden grabbed the rope and made his way down the tower

And I'm ready, I'm ready, I'm ready

Kaden cut the rope as to make sure you wouldn't leave if you escaped your binds

Ready as I'll ever be

Kaden looked into the sky as he waited. Back in the soldier ward, they were all mixed feelings. Someone was nervous while others waited to finally fight but Nico was worried about you. Alex stood up and slammed her hands on the table, catching everyone's attention.

Now it's time to rise up or it's time to stand down

Alex got up on the table

And the answer is easy to see

Alex walked as she tried to encourage the others

And I swear by the sword if you're in, get on board

Alex pulls out her sword

Are you ready?

I'm ready

Ryan stood up, fired up

We're ready (we're ready)

The rest of the soldiers got fired up

Ready as I'll ever be

Alex clenched her sword as she tried to not show her nerves

Nico looked at the floor as he honestly didn't know what to do. Meanwhile, Nooshy and Johnny were making their way to the planet.

Are you quite sure we can do this?

Johnny looked at Nooshy a bit concerned

Together we will guarantee

Nooshy clenched the steering wheel

I'll make them hear me (now it's time to redeem or it's time to resolve)

Kadan looked at the sky as he got into his position

Prove they can trust me (and the outcome will hardly come free)

You'll save her and our people

Nooshy gave Johnny a little smile as they were getting closer

Now the line's in the sand and our moment's at hand

And I'm ready

Johnny and Kaden looked in front of them as the fight was on its way
