The only indication that time passed was the fact I was back in my dorm. Laying peacefully on the bed, plus the sun was sinking down towards the horizon. While out I had these strange dreams, which was completely normal for me. My mind often wandered vividly when I entered R.E.M sleep.

Yet this time things were more lifelike, almost like a vision. There was this breathtaking valley that hugged Long Island sound, at least that's the vibe it gave me. Children of all ages were scattered about, doing daily activities. So it was like some form of summer camp, however it was totally different from a regular one.

They had normal activities like canoeing and playing games like volleyball. Yet there was also sword fighting, like with actual swords. Made from what looked like a bronze type metal. Anyway the strangest part of the dream was the monsters prowling the woods. Things straight from mythology, the kind that wouldn't think twice about killing you.

A bang was heard which caused me to shoot up into a sitting position. However the action caused me to smack into a rogue forehead.

"Ow, for the love of Tatooine. Percy what are doing in my room?" I question upon seeing the boy sitting before me, clutching his head where it collided with mine.

"Sorry Naomie but I wanted to check on you. Also everyone is acting strange, even Grover, so I wanted to see if you were sane like me," he replied with a sheepish look, shrugging his shoulders.

"I don't think anybody in this world is sane Perce, some are just better at hiding it. But what ever could you mean?" I state adjusting myself so my back rested against the head board.

"Well for starters after you passed out, I caught you and brought you back outside. Brunner was nowhere to be seen at the time but when I found him again he was with the others. Acting like he didn't just see me vaporize our math teacher. Also when I brought Mrs Dodds up everyone looked at me like I had three heads, then suddenly this woman appeared out of nowhere claiming to have been our teacher the whole year. Even Grover seemed off but anytime I mentioned Dodds he'd get all jittery. So please tell me you remember her?" He ranted, arms flinging about as he explained what happened while I was out of commission.

"She was horrible and tried to impersonate Batwoman. That leaves a mental scar on a person, I'm gonna have a life time of nightmares now," I shivered at the thought and Percy smiled pulling me into an unexpected hug.

"Thank god you believe me," he mumbled into my shoulder, then pulled away quickly realising what he'd done. A shade of pink dusted his cheeks, and he scratched the back of his neck. "Umm sorry, I'm just relieved I'm not imagining things," he stuttered. To make him feel better I leaned forward and ruffled his midnight black hair.

"Well maybe we're going crazy together. But it's fine, you dork. And thanks for checking up on me," I state nudging his shoulder. We stared at eachother a few seconds then he smirked.

"You wanna ask if everyone was acting like they suffered from a Jedi mindmeld, don't you?" He voiced watching as my eyes lit up with wonder. Nodding my head in agreement. Sometimes it was like we could read each other's minds, always knowing what the other was thinking.

"Well answer the question!" I say making faces at him. He chuckled shaking his head muttering under his breath. Probably declaring me crazy.

"Yes it was totally like that, but that does not mean Jedi's are real," he finally says wiggling his brows at my silliness.

"How awesome would that be," I replied with a hopeful look, thinking of all the possibilities if Star Wars was real.

"Then I guess I'd be the Anakin to your Padme," he joked making my cheeks flush slightly. Giggling at the statement however leaning over to gently smack him on the head.

"Wow you dork. Padme dies and Anakin becomes Darth Vader. If anyone were to become evil out of us I'd say it would be Grover. You'd never expect it, and we'd probably both be the ones to die. But enough of that dreary talk, now did I even trail off to that?" Words flew out of my mouth like vomit, droning on and on, but not in a boring way.

"Because you're ADHD and have trouble focusing on one thing," he answered my question "Which is why we both have wild conversations,"

"Alright well on that note we'd probably should go to sleep. Careful going back to your room," I state and we both bid eachother goodnight. And I nestled back into my bed before falling asleep once more.

Months have passed since the incident at the museum and it was now the end of the school year. My exams worried me, but that was my anxiety getting me going. I always did well in school, despite my inability to focus for long periods of time. Everyone still didn't believe Percy and I about the whole Mrs Dodds thing. To them she hadn't existed at all, but everytime we mentioned her name it would spark fear in Grover. It was like he knew something.

With all my things packed away in my bags. I made my way down to the front of the school where the other two were waiting for me. As it turned out Percy and I lived in the same apartment building so we were taking the same bus into town. Grover had also been heading that way to his summer home, so the three of us got on together.

I took the window seat watching as things blurred past. Paying no mind to the conversation the boys were having. Most of the time it was things that weren't an interest to me. Percy was trying to get Grover to crack about all the odd things that had been happening the last few months. However the slightly anxious boy wasn't letting up.

"Um I hate to alarm you boys but I'm pretty sure I just saw the Nemian Lion disappear into the trees," I joked however there was a mental note made about how Grover reacted to that statement. A bead of sweat slid down his face and it looked like he was shaking.

"Gosh Mimi this is serious, something fishy is going on. I can feel it," Percy retorts gently pushing my shoulder causing me to laugh, then tune them out again.

I'm not sure now long it had been but after awhile the bus seemed to break down. So we all got off as the driver checked to see what happened. Across the street were three of the oldest looking ladies I've ever seen. They appeared to be knitting an extremely massive pair of socks. But the strangest part was the intense gazes they were throwing at Percy and I.

"Eh yo what up with those ladies. They're giving me the heebie jeebies," I voiced garnering the boys attention. Grover looked like he was about to pass out as one of the ladies began hauling scissors out of a basket placed beside her. I swear she made direct eye contact with me as she snipped the thread, finishing off the sock in her had.

"My Spidey senses are telling me we should get back on the bus," I declared grabbing their hands and leading us back to our seats. Just then everyone else got back on and we were heading into the city. For the rest of the ride Grover insisted on taking us back to our building, something about those ladies really scared him. I agreed on behalf of Percy and I, however he didnt seem keen on the idea.

Yet when we reached the station, Grover booked it to the bathroom. Yet instead of waiting for him, like I promised. Which I normally intended on keeping, Percy had other ideas as he grabbed my arm and hailed a taxi.

"Dude that was very rude, he's just worried about us. You know at least he cares for our well being," I scolded him as he shrugged before giving the driver directions.

The rest on the ride was spent in silence as I felt bad about just leaving Grover like that. Yet it wasn't my fault, Percy's the one who dragged me away, despite my protests.

At least I'll get to see my mom today, I really missed her. Hopefully she's home from work....
