A shepherd and sailor set out from a port,
A safe little harbor in one little boat,
A journey they took in tandem 'cross the sea,
Despite impediments they could not foresee.
When a tempest arose, the sky became black,
Straining 'gainst the squall, the worn sailor went slack,
The shepherd took over and lent him a hand,
Steering them both safely, unassailed, to land.
The shepherd, he safeguarded that sailor's life,
And helped him traverse the path to paradise.
