Hadrian The Humble Traveler returned to his girl but she didn't think the same way as him. She found herself another, but overtime, Hadrian couldn't help but feel like he missed the prince. Feeling bad for being so lousy to him.

Knuckles was in the hospital for weeks.

On a hospital bed, he laid.

The red echidna couldn't help but feel so weak and useless.

Though for some reason he waited for Sonic but he didn't show up to visit him once.

He thought Sonic would crawl back to him. Unfortunately not.

Knuckles sighed deeply and said, "Come on. What's taking him?"

He recalled the way Sonic has been behaving strangely lately.

He had also seen that Sonic changed.

It was the way he looked and acted.

He and the girls thought it was Morpho at first but after hearing that Morpho is dead and Tails confirming that Sonic undoubtedly changed, things were not the same

. He can recall the times where he and Sonic were little kids.

During those weeks in the hospital, he felt really bad for what he did to Sonic.

He remembered the beginning of the first adventure they had.

In the middle of the dirt road between Hedgehog Village and Cristal noir Village was a path to the jungle.

Little Knuckles, young Amy, and young Sticks were curios about the path.

Young Amy asked, "Are you sure this path is safe Knuckles?"

Thats when Knuckles replied, "Don't worry I've been down that path two times. It be fun."

Thats when he notice little Sonic coming back from the creek with a bucket of water while humming a little tune.

Little Knuckles greeted the little blue hedgehog, "Oh hey Sonic. Perfect timing."

Sonic immediately notice them and said as he stopped, "Oh hi. Perfect timing for what?"

Little Knuckles replied, "Well we're going to the jungle you wanna join?"

Sonic replied as he felt uneasy, "I don't know. I haft to be back immediately or my Dad will be really mad."

Young Sticks ask, "Are you sure you want him to join us?"

Young Amy then said to her, "He doesn't look that bad."

Little Knuckles then said to him, "Oh come on. It's just a little walk in the jungle. Consider this an adventure Sonic. Don't be such a scaredy-cat."

Sonic sighed and said as he placed the bucket down, "I want to but Dad will get mad if I delay."

Knuckles then said as he walked to him, "Hey I know its new and your father is being a little over baring judging from what you keep saying, but you haft to try Sonic, otherwise you won't experience it. I mean one little delay isn't gonna make a difference."
