Amnesia

chapter 13

Darcy's P.O.V

I opened my eyes to the sunlight, blinded by it, I close my eyes then open them again to adjust the sunlight, I can feel my head hurting.

Once I can see clearly , I look to my side but didn't find Zayn by my side as I look to the other side I found two pills with a small paper behind them says "take me :)x "

and an orange juice glass with a paper buried beside it says "drink me :)x"

followed by a sandwich with a paper that says "eat me please x"

I found myself smiling like an idiot , really Zayn! You didn't have time to leave a note of where you might have been gone but you left me three paper to take the pills , drink the juice and eat the sandwich . I shake my head removing the blanket and went downstairs in hope he's there.

But he was no where to be found as I fall of the last of the stair case and call his name several times but there's no respond so I stopped thinking really and went upstairs again , I was having a bad headache so I eat the sandwich and took the two pills with the orange juice . Didn't realized i was hungry as well so i might thank Zayn when he comes back from god knows what place.

I took a towel and clothes to take a bath and enter the bathroom, I let the water run before I get into it , letting it go hot as I brush my teeth.

I heard the front door open and close so I guessed it was Zayn . I washed my face quickly and went down stairs in a hurry , to find no one by the door .

"HELLO!" I say loudly

"Here!" Zayn shouted from the kitchen and I followed his voice to the kitchen and he was there with some groceries , placing them on their places , he was wearing a sweatshirt and a sweatpants and I was still in my night gown.

"Good morning , did you sleep well?" He asks as I just sat on one of the stools mumbling a small "yes"

"I woke up and you weren't there" I says and he pointed at the groceries

"I needed to take a run and then I went to the grocery shop to get somethings " he answers and I hum in response.

"Did you take the pills?" He asks as he pulls a coffee bag of one of the bags

"Yeah "take me" I did " I quoted the words that were written on the paper and smiled and he laughed a half laugh

" yeah sorry , just didn't want to wake you up since you were very tired yesterday" he says as he turns around facing me.

" do you feel good now?" He asks and I nod

" what are you making?" I ask

"Hmm coffee I can't go a day without one cup, really " he answers " I like it sugar free would you like a cup ?" He asked and I nodded eagerly

"I want it just like yours with no sugar" I say and he raises an eyebrow at me

"What?!" I ask confused

"Nothing" he shook his head and turned around to make our coffee

There was silence for a while as he was making the coffee and I was drown in yesterday's heat moments with Zayn I really don't remember exactly what happened but we were fighting and he was pretty mad and angry and so was me but we ended up kissing and I'm mot sure how I feel about me kissing Zayn but the kiss was amazing really, I'm not sure if I should apologise for it or maybe he doesn't remember it. I hope he doesn't that would be embarrassing.

"Earth to Darcy!" I didn't realise Zayn was talking to me and waving at me , I might have looked bad zoning out like that , I gave him a smile as he puts my coffee cup in front of me and sit on a stool.
