This is Beetle, the 13th Place finisher of season 8.
To be more specific, Beetle is a ladybug, just like the Ladybug from season 2, whom he is related to. Beetle used to be the mayor of Mask City before Nick became the mayor. Beetle now works as a lawyer. He was born in the UK, but he was raised in the US, which is why he doesn't have a British accent. Beetle is very opinionated, straight-forward, and old school. His opinions are sometimes questionable, but he's still well meaning nonetheless.
