This is Tree, the 6th Place finisher of Season 2.
In my AU, Tree only wears the ornaments, lights, and the star during the Christmas season, because if she wore all those things all year long, she would feel pretty useless. When it's not Christmas, she only wears her gloves and shoes.
Tree almost always talks in rhyme. She also works in the bakery with Flower. Her specialty is cookies.
