So........ we had a strike day today. Let's just say I maayyyy have focused slightly more on my stories than my actual work...

As a result, I think it's safe to say the first parts of the two nature wives stories are on track to be published in a week. I still need to sort out descriptions for both of them and an acceptable story cover, but the actual stories are in progress.
In the meantime...
The Spell Called Love Pt. 2 extract:
"Make me," Scott hissed, sizing up the princess with his mismatched eyes.
Katherine balled her hand into a fist and prepared to swing it at the cheeky collector when he started to speak, poison dripping from every word:
"If Shelby hadn't gotten herself corrupted- If Shelby hadn't ran away from her stupid Witch Academy, they would've never come after her, Jimmy wouldn't've needed to fight her battles and one of them blasted witches would've never killed him,"
Scott turned jumping into the air and spreading his elytra, "IT'S JUST AS MUCH OF HER FAULT AS IT IS YOURS! YOU PERSUADED HIM TO COME!" Katherine yelled up at him.
Rain was dripping into Katherine's eyes as she stared after the collector, stomach churning with anger, "That little jerk-"
"It's my fault."
Katherine turned to Shelby, looking down at her witch.
"It's my fault he died," Shelby hiccuped, tears rolling down her cheeks
The Heart Wants What It Wants (Nature Wives High School AU) extract:
Katherine slammed the door of her locker closed as the bell rang, signaling the 2 minutes before lessons started.
She clutched her Chemistry homework to her chest, glancing round the corridor for any signs of-
"Well, well, well..."
-the homework thieves.
"Katherine, how are ya?" Ginger kid Fwhip grinned, coming to stand in front of her, blocking her escape, "More importantly- is your homework up to date?"
Katherine swallowed, pressing herself up against the lockers behind her as the rest of the homework bullys came up to her.
Jimmy grinned at her almost innocently up at her, "You did do the homework, right?"
Katherine nodded, fiddling with the plastic sleeves of her folder pulling out three homeworks and handing it to Fwhip, who's eyes where shining with delight as he grasped hold of the homework. Thankfully their ringleader didn't seem to involve herself this-
"If it doesn't give us high grades, you're done for, homework girl,"
-time.
Katherine swallowed her heart as she looked into Shelby's hard amber eyes that bought out her soft facial features, framed by black wavy hair.
... I think I'm obsessed with nature wives rn -_-
Also I'm curious: who's seen Katherines latest empires video where she puts Shelby in jail? I was laughing so hard my sister thought there was something wrong with me 😂
