Y/n watched dustin burst in after they heard Lucas screaming down the radio.
"Do you remember how he said he was looking for the gate?" Dustin explained
"Yeah?" Mike answered
"What if he found it?" Dustin replied. Lucas yelled through the radio.
"Whats he saying?" Mike asked
"I dont know hes way out of range" dustin sighed
"Son of a bitch!" They heard for lucas
"Lucas if you can hear us, slow down. We can't understand you. The screaming continues
"Mad hen? Does that mean anything to you? Like a code name or something?" Dustin asked
"Bad men" mike said quietly.
"Bad men! Stay here" mike exclaimed , running up the stairs.

The 4 ran out the house. Y/n standing in the back of dustins bike and el on the back of mikes. They see a bunch of men.
"Papa" y/n whispered
"Go go go go go go go go go go!" Dustin yelled all the men running back to the vans
"Oh my god oh my god oh my god." Dustin started, talking to Lucas through his headphones.
"Yeah, lucas, they're on us. Cornwallis. Cop. Elm and cherry!l" dustin stated
"Okay!" Mike yelled
"Shit!" Dustin shouted, seeing the vans behind them
"This way, come on!" Mike exclaimed, they cut through some kids, screaming for them to move.
"Lucas!" Mike shouts
"Where are they?" Lucas asked
"I dont know"
"I think we lost them" dustin stated, but the sudden sound of tires screeching proved them wrong
"Go go go go go go!" Mike yelled
"Faster faster!"
"Shit shit shit shit!" A car came straight for them, y/n saw the way el looked at it. Flip it. He helped her flip it and it smashed straight into the ground.

They drove into the scrapyard
"Holy... holy shit! Did... did you see what she did there to that van?" Dustin exclaimed
"No, dustin, we missed it." Mike joked
"I mean that was..." dustin stammered
"Awesome. It was awesome." Lucas finished. Lucas knelt down in front on el.
"Everything i said about you being s traitor and stuff... i was wrong. Im sorry." Lucas sighed. He put his hand on els back.
"Friends... friends dont lie. Im sorry, too." El said.
"Im sorry too" mike said, holding his hand out for Lucas to shake.
"Im sorry to you as-well y/n, you didn't do anything" lucas said. Y/n smiled and nodded, instantly forgiving him.
"This is randolph road, the fence starts right here, and goes all the way around. And this is the lab right here. The gates gotta be in there somewhere. It's gotta be." Lucas explained, using sticks for the fence and the can for the lab.
"Well, who owns hawkins lab?" Dustin asked.
"The sign says department of energy" Lucas answered
"What do you think that means?" Dustin asked
"It means government, military" mike said
"Then why does it say energy?" Dustin questioned
"Just trust me, all right. Its military. My dads told me before." Mike explained
"Mikes right. There's soldiers out front." Lucas confirmed, looking towards to dustin
"Do they make, like, lightbulbs or something?" Dustin asked
"No, weapons... to fight the Russians, and commies and stuff" mike answered
"Weapons." Lucas said
"Oh Jesus this is bad" dustin sighed
"Really bad. The place is like a fortress." Lucas stated
"Well, what do we do?" Dustin asked.
"Well, i dont know. But we can't go home. We're fugitives now." Mike explained. Helicopter sounds erupted above them
"Guys? Do you hear that?" Dustin stammers.
"Go go go go!" Mike yelled
"Come on, come on!" Dustin said, all of them putting their bikes under the bus and getting onto it, yelling words of panic.
"Get down!" Lucas yelled

Talking came from a radio
"Mike, mike, mike can you hear me?"
"Can you guys hear that?" Dustin asked, they all went to grab the radio
"Mike, its me, nancy"
"Mike are you there? We need you to answer."
"Is that your sister?" Lucas asked
"This is an emergency mike, do you copy? Mike do you copy?"
"Okay, this is really weird" dustin said
"Don't answer!" Mike exclaimed as lucas reached for the radio.
"She said it was an emergency " lucas argued
"What if its a trick?" Mike answered
"Its your sister?!"
"What if the bad people kidnapped her? What if they're forcing her to say this?" Mike said
"I need you to answer"
"Its like lando calrissian. Don't answer!" Dustin declares
"We need to know that your there, Mike."
"Listen kid, this is the chief. If you're there, pick up. We know your in trouble and we know about the girl, and the boy."
"Why is she with the chief?" Lucas asks
"How the hell does he know about... " dustin started
"We can protect you, we can help you, but you gotta pick up. Are you there? Do you copy ? Over." Hopper said
"Yeah. I copy. Its mike, im here. We're here."
