"We should get her to the ED? We can stabilize her there!"

"She's in critical condition! Her injuries are fatal, she's losing too much blood, and she's about to be in cardiac arrest! We don't have time for the ED!"

"She needs to get into surgery now!"

The monitor continues to beep sporadically.

"She's crashing! We're losing her!!"

How did this happen...

Everything was perfect, everyone was happy, everything was calm, so how did this fucking happen?!

3 years.

It's been three years since Arlo and Winter had started dating. When Winter first met Arlo, she didn't expect him to be the person she'd fall in love with, the person she'd want to be with for the rest of her life. But as time passed he opened up to her, and she to him. She grew to know him better than she knew herself. He showed her that she didn't always have to put on a show with her tough exterior, that it's ok to let her guard down.

The past 3 years have been the best of Winter's life. Her relationship with her friends and family has grown immensely. Emiliano proposed to his boyfriend, Calum, and they married last spring. They also adopted the most adorable little boy.

Lorenzo and his girlfriend have been going out for about a year. Everyone's wondering when they're going to get married as they all treat her like family and the two already act like a married couple. Vincenzo got married two years ago. He introduced the family to his girlfriend 3 years ago and it didn't take them long to accept her. Alexander came out as bisexual and currently has a boyfriend and Christopher has been seeing one of the female nurses working for the Greek Mafia.

As for Demitrius and Wonder, they're both single. When asked about relationships, they simply say they don't want to commit yet. They just want to live their lives, take risks, and explore themselves to find out who they truly are. And let's not forget about Elizabeth and Damian. After that day at the carnival, Damian officially broke up with Tanya and started hanging out with Elizabeth. He just recently proposed to her and the two have been taking their time with the wedding planning.

Aside from everyone's love life, everything has been well. The girls officially became part of Havoc 3 years ago, and they've gone on a lot of missions over the past couple of years too. Winter had asked the girls if they wanted to stop going on missions and live normal lives instead, but they said they couldn't imagine a life where they weren't doing what they loved.

Arlo worries every time Winter leaves for a mission, but she always keeps him on a private line on her comms so he can hear her voice and know she's okay. Speaking of Arlo, he's currently in the process of creating his own restaurant. He's in his second year of college taking culinary courses and business classes, but he's already worked with some people to get started on his restaurant. Although, it'll be a few years before he can actually start renovating and decorating.

Wonder and Winter celebrated their 19th birthday. The twins went to Bali with their family, including Helios, Valentina, and their family, and to Cancun with their friends. Arlo and Winter also celebrated their 3-year anniversary in Bora Bora.
