Telling His Family (Chapter 8)

*Warning: Lots of cussing and a bad attempt at an argument*

Hitoshi POV

  I wake up to the annoying sound of my alarm clock, I open my eyes and look around taking a second to remember the day before events. I was in my room at the house, laying comfortably in Tenya's arms, I escape his arms making him groan and sit up. I smile at him as I walk to the bathroom to get dressed for school, I use the bathroom before I start brushing my teeth. Tenya joins me in the bathroom before brushing his teeth with the toothbrush he kept at my place, he wraps his arms around my waist. He rocks up back and forth while we brush our teeth enjoying each other presence, we changed into our uniform not before Tenya cooed at my growing stomach. I looked in the mirror seeing you could slightly see the baby bump through the uniform but hopefully, no one would notice.

  We went downstairs and to the kitchen seeing Dad was awake, drinking coffee and eating toast at the kitchen table. Tenya makes us toast as I make a cup of coffee, I sit down and go to drink it before having it taken away by Dad. "Now that your pregnant, you need to watch what you eat and drink, so no coffee," he says sternly "He's right, a baby's heart can't handle caffeine," Tenya adds. I sigh before stealing Tenya's glass of milk from his hands, we ate in silence before the others woke up. "So what can I have," I ask annoyed at the fact I can't have coffee, "I'm not sure but we need to do some research so we can have a healthy child," Tenya says, my fathers nodding in agreement but I was pretty sure Papa had no clue what we were talking about. We finished eating and start getting ready to go, I sat on the couch as Tenya brought me my shoes and helped me when I needed it. I looked up after his help seeing my fathers nod of approval, I ignore them and thanked Tenya before we all headed to the cars, leaving for school.

  We arrived at school and Dad dropped us off at the gates so we didn't have to walk far while Papa and Pop dropped Eri off at her school. We walked to class, I was slightly embarrassed about the baby bump and people not knowing so I was using my blazer to hide my stomach. We arrived at class and talked for a little bit waiting for Dad to arrive, Shoto walks up to us and whispers to us "So how did it go," he asks. "We told my family and they were very supportive of us, I was really scared," I say sighing in relief, "Same, I thought Aizawa was going to murder me," Tenya says with a slight shiver making us laugh. Dad walks in and settles everyone down, everyone goes to their seats and class starts for the day.

  The day came to an end and we caught a ride with Papa back to the house so we could get the stuff to tell Tensei and the rest of Tenya's family. We grabbed the shirt and walked to Tenya's place where his family was currently. Our nerves were rising, I only met Tenya's family twice and they thought I was just a friend except for Tensei when he caught us once, that was an awkward visit. Tenya wasn't sure how his family would react but with the encouragement he showed me the day before I encourage him today. "It's okay if they don't accept it, you always have me and my family, my family loves you, it's going to be okay," I reassured as we walked up to his house, he nods and takes a shakey breath. We entered his house and Tenya announces his arrival as we entered, "Tenya, I wasn't expecting you to visit," Tenya's mother says as she hugs him. "I see you brought your friend as well," she says making Tensei laugh as he rolls into view, "Hey, Tenya what brings you here," he says smiling. Tenya struggles with his words for a moment, it worried me to be honest I had never seen him so anxious, I think it also worried his family because they were also concerned. "May we all sit for a minute," he says guiding everyone to the couch, mine and Tenya's anxiety grew as we had the whole family sitting together on the couches. He goes to speak but struggles for a bit not able to find his words, "We got you something, Tensei," I speak up for him to which he nods quickly in agreement. "Oh, what is it," he asks as I stand up and hand the bag to him, "We would've got everyone else something but we weren't sure what to get," I say shyly as Tenya nods again. "Oh it's okay dear," his mother says, everyone was looking at Tensei as he opened his gift, mine and Tenya's anxiety worsen.
