I couldn't wait any longer.
"The first moment I layed my eyes on you I knew you were the one. You're always there for me and have the largest heart even when things aren't looking so great for yourself. I love you Kate. Why ? I love you for not only what you are but what I am when I'm with you. I love you for not only what you've made of yourself but for what you are making of me. I Love you because you have done so much to make me happy. You have done it by just being yourself. Perhaps after all this is what love means and that's why I love you. Kate , I- I want to be more than friends. Kate, Will you- *smiles* will you be my girlfriend ?"
I could see her smile light up and she was tearing up.
She nodded as she covered her face with tears of happiness streaming down her cheeks.
I pulled her into a hug and whispered,
"I love you"
"I love you too" she replied and hugged me tighter.
Kate's POV
I can't explain my feelings right now.
All I can do is cry.
Every tear describing the ounce of happiness.
I leaned in.
It's like the whole world froze.
Just us.

Kissing in the rain.
Our lips moving in sync as raindrops fall from the sky.
We pulled back and smiled.
He picked me up in bridal style to the car.
Before he closed the car door he looked deep into my eyes and said "i love you"
I smiled.
"I love you too"
We then headed to his house.
