Kate's POV
~skips car ride~
We got inside and 5 minutes after it stopped raining.
We were now getting ready for Gisselle's party.
We dried up and changed to our clothes for the party.
I wore a black tight dress that ends at mid-thigh.
He wore a black shirt with some light blue pants with his black and white vans.
I did my makeup while he re-did his poof.
We got done and headed to the car.
On the way to the party he kept telling jokes and we put on some music. we were singing and dancing all the way until we got there.
I enjoy these little moments.
Before we entered he stopped me.
"What's wrong ?" I asked
"What are they gonna think of us" he said in a worried tone.
"It doesn't matter." I said and he gave me a little smile.
I smiled back and grabbed his hand.
"C'mon!" I said as I lead him back to the entrance, still holding hands.
He took a deep breath and walked in.
All eyes were on us just like at school, but different this time.
They must've seen my post on Twitter and Instagram.
I tweeted "it's official." With a picture that Karla took of us laughing as he was hugging me from the back.
I could feel him shaking.
I hold his hand tighter and gave him a smile causing him to smile back.
"Don't worry" I whispered.
Then Karla came up to us
She hugged me as soon as she saw me
"Congrats !" She said exiting.
"Thanks" I said laughing.
She was probably even more exited than me and Myles.
We went to get some punch as Gisselle pulled me to the hall.
"Your going our with Myles Parrish ?!" She whispered screamed.
"What's so wrong about that ?"
"He's a nerd ! You can't possibly like him ?!"
"Well actually I love him."
Her eyes grew bigger.
I just walked away not wanting to deal with her bullshit.
I got back to Karla, Adrian and Myles.
Adrian is Karla's boyfriend.
They have 1 week together tho.
We decided to go dance.
Then Cam, Jake and Dom joined.
I went to get some water because I'm pretty tired from all the dancing.
As I Was heading back to the dance floor someone tapped my shoulder.
I turned around and saw a broken Kalin.
It hurt me seeing him like this but after what he's done to Myles , why should I care ?'
"What do you want" I asked in an annoyed tone.
"Is it true ?" He said as I focused on his red puffy eyes.
"What's true ?" I asked confused.
"Myles &&' you " he says with a crack on his voice.
Man, why do I still feel like this when I see him ? I am with Myles now.
"You've heard right" I said walking away
He pulled my arm towards him.
"Can we talk" he asked wiping his tears
"Kalin I-"
"Please" he begs
"Fine"
We walked to an Empty room and locked the door.
We sat down.
He took a deep breath and started talking.
"Kate , I loved you from the first moment I saw you. I still love you. I've never loved anyone like this before. I was afraid to fall in love for this exact reason. Gabriela was supposed to be a distraction. But it didn't work. I still loved you no matter how hard I tried. Then Myles came along. He came into your life and you seemed happy with him. he ruined my plans I had for us. But I realized he gives you a feeling I can't give you. He's better for you. But All I'm asking for is one more chance. Just one more. Plea-" before he could finish he started to cry.
I felt my eyes and cheeks wet.
I was crying.
"I forgive you Kalin" I said in a low voice , kind of like a whisper but louder.
He immediately hugged me.
"Thank you" he sobbed.
"Let's go enjoy the rest of the night" I said wiping his tears and giving him a smile.
He smiled back and we headed downstairs.
I heard Gisselle so I followed her voice. But as I was, I heard her say "who the hell do you think you are messing with ? Certainly not Kate because you will regret everything . So I am warning you , leave her alone. She doesn't need any nerd in her life who will fuck her up. Don't e-"
"WHAT THE HELL ?!?!" I screamed on the top of my lungs.
She was talking to Myles.
And there's food and drinks all over him.
She and her little crew looked at me with wide eyes.
"Kate ? What are you doing here ?" She asked with a worried/ shocked look on her face.
"WHAT GIVES THE FUCKING RIGHT TO TALK TO MY BOYFRIEND LIKE THAT AND TO CHOSE WHO I WILL LOVE" I was going to curse her out even more and worse but the cops sirens interrupted me and everyone vanished.
"I'm not done" i said as Myles pushed me away.
"It's fine baby" he says getting food out of his hair
"No it's fucking not ! Babe are you okay ?! I'm sorry. I promise I won't let anyone touch you ever again" I said hugging him
"I'm okay" he replied.
At this point I had food all over my dress from the long hug.
I laughed.
"Let's go babe" he said as he pecked me on the lips.
He ran to open the car door for me.
"What a gentlemen" I said laughing and pecked his lips.
We headed back to his house , showered and cuddled up talking about random stuff.
We finally fell asleep.
I love him.
