Colby's pov
We sat down next to them and I started to fidget with my rings
"soooo what did you wanna talk about?" Cory said,
"So do you know how we have been weird lately?" I said
"Yaaaa?" Jake said
"so well my mum died in an accident on the way to come see me," I said tears starting to well up in my eyes
I looked at my rings and started playing with them trying to distract myself from the silence in the room right now
"I'm so sorry," Cory said and then I felt strong arms around me so I hugged them back
"I'm sorry colbs," Jake said
we all hugged for a while and then I heard my phone ring so I pulled away from the hug, Cory and Jake left the room so I could take the call so I looked at who it was and it was my dad
"oh hell no," I said
"Who is it?" Sam said
"my dad," I said
"answer it," he said
"Ok," I said
I answered the call
"hey son how are you," he said
"WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU WANT?" I yelled
"I'm sorry for hurting you," he said
"you want me to bail you out don't you," I said
I stood up and walked around my bedroom
"yes," he said
"wrong person to call, "I said
"well at least can you come to visit me?" he asked
"nope you hurt me and left Mum," I said
"I know and I'm sorry how is your mother anyway have you talked to her lately?" he asked
"no she died on her way here in an airplane crash," I said tears forming in my eyes again
"omg I'm so sorry," he said
"you should be it was all your fault...if you didn't move so far away she would still be alive and we would still be happy but no we had to move to Kansas," I said
"Well, you're happy here aren't you? you made amazing friends" he said
"so what if I made amazing friends here I lost my mum and my best friend since pre-school," I said
"wait you guys aren't friends anymore?" he asked
"no we still are we just can't see each other or have fun together anymore you fucken bitch" I said
"Oh," he said
I couldn't handle him anymore so I hung up and fell face first onto my pillow and groned into it
"what's up," Sam said sitting on my bed
I rolled over so that I was on my back now and then felt Sam lay down next to me
"my dad wanted me to bail him out and was sucking up to me, "I said
"he's such a bitch" He said
"I know right," I said
we turned on the tv and watched some random show and talked about what our next video will be and when we will film it then I looked at the time and it was already 10 pm
"oh shit I haven't edited the video yet, "I said
I jumped out of bed and went over to my computer and started editing while talking to Sam a bit more
At midnight I finally finished editing so I put my phone on charge and got changed and then went to my bed and saw Sam asleep so I put a blanket over him and then hoped into bed and fell asleep
