sams pov

Me and the roommates were on the couch watching a show when Colby and Amanda came in 

"hey Amanda, hey Colby," I said

"hey dude," Colby said but Amanda just ignored me and went to her room which I found a bit weird because she loves to talk to me 

then I realized that that's what Colby did when his parents died 

"hey Colby is Amanda ok shes not answering us like you did when your parents died," I said

"I will be right back I'm going to check on her," he said

he got up from the couch and started walking away

"ill be right back" I whispered to them

"ok," they all said

I followed him upstairs when he stopped and turned around

"Are you following me or are you going to your room? don't lie I will know " he said

"I'm following you," I said

"go back down I need to talk to her alone," he said

"ohh ok," I said

I went back downstairs and sat on the couch next to Kat and she snuggled up into me 

"is Amanda ok?" she asked

"I'm not sure he told me he needed to talk to her alone," I said

"oh ok," she said

we watched some more of the movie when I got a text so I picked up my phone it was from Colby on a group chat

j: jake

cb: hey guys amandas ok shes sleeping right now, she is just in a ruff spot right now and is handling it how I did but without cutting don't come into her room because I'm going to go to sleep as well

c: ok

j: ok

s: ok tell us if you need anything

CB: ok

I turned off my phone and told Kat that amandas ok and is just  asleep right now and then we watched some other movies 

I looked at the time and it was already 10 pm 

"I'm going to go check on Colby and Amanda and then I'm going to go to bed wanna come to bed, Kat?" I asked

"Nah I'm going to hang out down here for a little more," she said

"ok night," I  said

I went upstairs to amandas room and carefully opened the door and they were asleep in bed so I was about to leave when I heard a small scream so I went  in and saw her crying and Colby comforting her so I shut the door again and went to my room

Colby's pov

I was asleep when I got woken up by Amanda screaming so I sat up and pulled her into a hug

"hey hey hey  princess it's ok," I said while she cried into my chest 

"It's okay your safe No one is going to hurt you I'm here," I said rubbing her back 

after a couple of minutes, she calmed down 

"i-im sorry for waking you," she said

"It's okay it's not your fault wanna go back to sleep?" I said
