I just got out the taxi , mi seh some times Mi don't even wah come home to how mommy treat mi

Mi ah do good enah school , mi do tracks and mi not even gih nuh trouble

Mi doh sneak out but mi do go party , yes but tah mi nuh bad pickney wah ah carry gun

I opened the door , mi seh mommy innah the living room with Milani

" Good evening mommy , hi Lani" I spoke waving trying to hide the sadness on my face that I'm home

" Evening Malik"

I walked to my room , I showered and changed into a black hoodie and Polo shorts

I picked up Milani , I kissed her cheek

Ah my niece dis enuh !! ❤️

Nuh bwoi cyah dis Milani annah uncle Mal seh dat

I played with her toys with her and she giggled , I noticed she started to make sounds

I picked up her water bottle , feeding her she stopped and pushed the bottle back to me letting me know she doesn't want anymore

I heard my phone ring , I picked it up and I heard my AirPods connect .

" Why pree bro?" He asked as soon as I picked up ,

" Deh yah enuh ah play wid mi niece" I said putting down the phone and putting coco melon on her iPad

She smiled before kicking her legs excitedly as the song started to play .

" Eeeh , so Malik mi been ah pree dis from wah day ....... We birthday ah come up yuh wah wi do smth ?" I have been thinking about this actually , we share the same birthday so why not ?

" Aye Kai mi been ah think bout it ah seh why we nuh juss keep wah likkle smth or we gah party" 

He laughed before talking again ,

" What ah man love party mon ?" He continued laughing , Di man love laugh

Mikai ah di realest bro mi seh wah actually rate mi , not because him hear sah mi father have money or cause dem tell him bout ih house wah mi live enah

Him doh business bout dat , him ah di realest bro mi par wid . Ah my bro dis blood or not

We spoke for about another 10 mins before calling Sahari

" Hey Mal , you okay ?" As soon as she answered this is what she asked me

" Yeah I was wondering if yuh can drop mi off up ah Jude ?"

Afta di man tump yuh up wah day yah go him yaad ?!😭 yuh nah nuh shame bad man , my subconscious spoke and I rolled my eyes

" Mal yuh really ago mek mi come in and den drive out innah the town again ?" I knew she was tired but I honestly didn't want to stay with mommy right now Mi feel like she go start tek out har problem pah Mi

I doh know wah I do dis lady , Annuh like mi did do nth bad fi she punish mi bout

" Please , yuh know wah mi go through" she sighed and finally said yes

My bag did some pack already cause Mi know somebody did affi bring mi else Mi call taxi

Mi still ago school tomorrow but Jude can just drop mi off up deh or him leave mi addi bus stop .

Sahari came and brought mi to Jude's apartment, I hugged her and picked up my bag .

I walked up the steps and knocked the door , I looked behind me to see that Sahari was waiting for him to open the door .

The door opened and a girl was standing to the side , she was wearing a grey sweater and shorts that I knew looked very familiar.

She very pretty , nuh wonda mi nuh see him fi torment him ...... di likkle sh!t have a girlfriend

" Um... hi I'm Daria , Jude is showering right now" she said looking behind her

" I'm his brother Malik" she closed the door behind me , and I saw Jude coming down the hall way

" Sup mi gee ?" Jude asked as we dapped up , I turned around and I saw him gently pulling her infront of him .

" Deh yah enuh bad bro"  I was about to walk to the room that I always stay in , basically my room .

Wait deh Malik- I heard behind me

" Mal this is my girlfriend Daria , Daria this is my little brother Malik"

I stretched my hands and she shook it smiling , She looks friendly I hope she is cause dem know seh mi nuh hold my mouth when it come to nobody

" Nice to meet you" I walked towards the room dropping my bag

I didn't know he had a girl , because mi woulda juss go home wid Sai if mi did know him have company .

Mi nuh really wah innah dem space too much but mi glad fi mi bredda mi juss hope dah one yah nuh love spend him money
