I was on my way to Rome's mom ...Mrs.Shaw's house , His mom was hosting a dinner so she invited us and I guess she invited other people.
Rome was already at the house helping his mom and sister set up for this evening, I was so excited because Rome didn't invite me Mrs. Shaw had done it herself

I parked my car and took up my bag and my heels , I was wearing slides right now cause who drive enah heels 😂😭
I unbuckled Lani and lifted her out she raised her head to look up at me and she closed her eyes going back to sleep . As soon as I picked up her bag I felt somebody taking it from me , It obviously was Rome he reached for Milani making me smile .
He used his hand to pull me closer so he could give me a kiss . It wasn't a peck or anything freaky it was just right , he pulled away and pecked my lips twice before holding my hand
" Baby You look so beautiful" he spoke while turning me so he could see the design of the dress
I smiled thanking him and hugged him before we started to walk inside .
I immediately went to the Kitchen seeing mommy Ruth , she turned and gave me a bright smile opening her arms for me to hug her
" Hey pretty lady you look so beautiful Sahari" she spoke pulling away still holding my shoulders
" Thank you mom" I kissed her cheek and looked around at all the delicious food.
" So how can I help ?" I asked tilting my head to the side in hopes she would let me do something,
" No no yuh already have on yuh clothes nuh body go mess it up now plus ah ready Mi ago ready right now" I sighed before shaking my head at her
" I just want to help , cause mi juss wah do something plus di baby asleep"
" How yuh neva tell mi seh mi baby deh yah girl??" She opened her eyes in excitement and quickly washed her hands ,
" Please nuh mom"
She rolled her eyes and shook her head towards some bowls that had salads , I smiled and picked them up walking towards the dining room .
It was beautifully decorated with gold and white table cloth , I placed the three bowls down and ensured it looked neat .
