What happens: Tom realises what he was doing was wrong and makes it up to Y/n

Tom's POV:
I am a terrible, awful human being.
I've been abusing my girlfriend for a year and a half. This started because I scared I was going to lose her. So I... became controllive, so she would never leave me. I hate myself for the way, I have treated and I want to make things right. I have to make things right, if I actually want her to stay.
I went to the shops and bought her so many presents, I hope will forgive and not fear me anymore.
Y/n's POV:
Tom has been acting odd for these past two days. I hope he's not planning anything. Because his plans always end up with me getting hurt.
"Y/n! Come here!" He said. Fu*k! I walked into the living room where he was. And there were loads of presents. What!? "Who are these for?" I asked. "You," he said. "For.... me?" I asked. "Yes, I wanted to say sorry for the way, I've been treating you for a year and a half. I'm so sorry. And I am a terrible human being. I was just scared of losing someone as fabulous as you. I don't expect you to forgive me but I just really wanted to say, I'm sorry," he said. He's... apologising. What?! "Really," I said kind of excited. "Yes, really."
I started to unwrap all the gifts.
Third person's POV:
"I've always wanted this!"
"Thank you!"
"Oh my god!"
"These are so expensive!!!"
"This is the best day of my life!!!"
"Thank you!"
