August POV

"You straight bruh?" I asked Cash again. I looked at him thru' tha' rearview mirror and he was sweating profusely.I was hoping tha' bullet didn't travel and hit any major arteries.

"I'm straight."

"Aite almost ta' tha' hospital. Three mo' minutes ya' heard me?"

"Na' fuck that. That's tha' first place them nigga gon' go to. We gotta get ta' my girl and Natasha. I'm good bruh."

"Cash-"

"Yung, I'm good! Just get my girl man and we can call doc ta' handle me." He said referring to our plug.

I nodded then made a u-turn, heading ta' Natasha's house.

Natasha's POV

"Sky, I have to go. Remember, if it don't look or feel right, it's not right. Don't trust nobody except Cash and August." I said as we loaded tha' last duffle bag in my car.

"Be careful Na Na, I mean it." She grabbed my shoulders." Besides those two fools, you all I got." She teared up.

"I will, I promise. I'll call you in a couple of days. Take care of the boys for me ok?"

"I will." She nodded.

We hugged each other for what seemed like forever before I pulled away.

"I have to go. Get out of here Sky and I'll talk to you soon. Let August know that I'll explain everything to him when I see him and to please understand. I have to go, they' will be here soon." I got into the car and cranked it.

"Ok." Her tears fell freely." I love you sis."

"I love you too."I quickly backed out of my parking spot and sped off. I looked through my rearview mirror and watched Sky as she headed to her car.

"Please take care of them for me." I prayed as I sped down the road.

I looked to my left and spotted August black truck speeding towards my house. I wanted so badly to turn around and tell him everything but I knew that if I did, they would be on danger. I told myself that I wouldn't go back to my old ways, back to the murder game, but I knew this was something that I had to do.

After driving for twenty minutes, I pulled up to my destination. Weeks after I returned from Miami, I purchased a home in a private location to store all of the money and drugs that I brought back. I didn't have a buyer and I knew I couldn't put all that dirty money in my account without capturing the attention of the feds.

Once I got inside, I went straight to the basement. After putting in the code to the safe, I stood back looking at all the artillery and bullets I had stacked inside.

"You niggas better be ready for me when I come." I picked up a pistol and cocked it.

August POV

I sped thru' tha' parking lot and pulled up ta' Natasha's condo like a bat out of hell. Natasha's car was gone and Sky was quickly backing out of ha' parking spot.

Beeeeeeeep!

I laid on tha' horn, tryin' ta' get ha' attention. She quickly hopped out of ha' whip and went inna' trunk grabbing a duffle bag, then got in tha' passenger's seat of my truck.
