Addison and the group rushed to an empty room, Liam was groaning in pain as they sat him on the table. Addison went over to the door to put up a barrier spell in the classroom to protect them from the beast.

"I'm okay. I'm fine. What? Is it bad?" Liam asked as he was still in pain

"No" Hayden lied before Stiles spoke up

"Very" Stiles stated earning a couple of glares

"Okay, what do you guys usually do when this happens?" Hayden asked looking between the siblings

"Oh, I usually pass out, and I think I still might do that," Stiles remarked before Addison smacked him

"Stiles!" Addison scolded as he rubbed his hurt spot

"Okay, Scott did this with pain, he could trigger it," Stiles explained before Addison nodded

"Pain makes you human," Addison added to the chimera

"He's already in pain." Hayden reminded before Stiles scoffed

"Right, okay, but maybe adding a little more could help take away the pain" Stiles suggested not understanding what to do

"Take away his pain," Hayden whispered before walking over to the beta

She pulled him into a kiss taking his pain, Stiles and Addison just looked at each other. Addison was still hurting as she was still in love with him causing her to look away. She knew her feeling like this was hypocritical as she did just make out with Nick in a bathroom days ago.

"Next time I'll kiss him" Stiles joked earning a glare

"Behave" Addison scolded before closing her eyes

Lydia stood next to Gared and Chirs trying to understand who the maid of Gevaudan was and how she killed the beast. She stood there with her arms crossed across her body as she listened to the story.

"Why didn't he warn her?" Lydia asked the Argent men

"He told her about everything that they'd seen during the war, but as I said, Marie-Jeanne was a skeptic. They searched from dawn till dusk, hoping to find the Beast where it slept, but they knew they'd most likely only encounter it at nightfall. It was just after midnight when the first torch went out." Gerard spoke in a soft tone

"Lydia?" Chris asked as she looked away

"Something's happening" Lydia spoke in a whisper

"Now?" Chris asked as he was on edge

"I don't know, but something's wrong I can't stay here," Lydia stated before Gerard stopped her

"You should hear the rest of the story," Gerard suggested making her pause at him
