Chapter 3

Y/N's Pov :

I wore black pants with a red button up crop top. Applied a little mascara and lip tint and put on a pair of 4 inches heeled black boots.
It was around 8pm and the moment I was done getting ready, my mom came to my room, "He's here, come quick".

I took my phone and went downstairs to go with Jisoo but little did I know that she got much taller and buff, and her hot pink dress has turned into black jeans and white t-shirt.
I stopped on the stairs; I should've known it wasn't Jisoo. She would've come to my room to get me and my mom wouldn't address her as he.

"There she is", my mom smiled at me.
"Why are you here?", I asked looking at him.
"To get you"
Y/N : "Where's Jisoo?"
Mingyu : "She isn't ready yet so she asked me to pick you up"
Mom : "That's so sweet of you, you've grown so well"
This woman is so naive!
Y/N : "You should leave now, I'll go by myself"
Mom : "Hey, he's here for you. You're going with him"
Y/N : "No, I'm not"
My mom did her eye thing to me which is enough for me to shut up. I let out a sigh and my mom got the signal that she won.
"Go and have fun", she smiled at both of us, "And both of you be safe. Take care of her and bring her home, Mingyu-ah".
"Sure", he said while looking at mom and then looked at me and then back at my mom.
He went out first and I gave my mom side eyes before following him. Why do I feel like my mom knows I can't stand him and so she wants me to suffer.

Mingyu opened the passenger seat's door for me but I opened the backseat's door and sat inside the car. He tilted his head once with an unreadable expression and opened my door."I'm not your driver, get to the front", he said.
Y/N : "I like the backseat"
Mingyu : "You can't always get what you like, now come out"
Y/N : "Then let me go by myself"
I found myself carried out of the backseat in strong arms and then placed on the front one and before I could react, he was back on the driver's seat. This all happened really fast just like my heartbeat right now.
"Put on your seatbelt", he said and started driving.

Jeonghan's Pov :

"YOU DID WHAT?", I raised my voice and Jisoo almost flinched.
Jisoo : "Why are you shouting? I sent Mingyu oppa to get Y/N"
Jeonghan : You could've asked me to get her"
Jisoo : "I said I'd pick her up so I felt it had to be from my side"
I understand Jisoo's point of view but she doesn't know that Y/N might be at war right now. I just hope everything's okay. I went out of her room and called Y/N.
Jeonghan : "Where are you?"
Y/N : "Where are you?"
Jeonghan : "At Jisoo's"
She gave me the fakest laugh and I understood what she meant.
Jeonghan : "I didn't know she'd send him to get you. You know how Jisoo is, she just wanted to save time since she's taking longer to get ready"
Y/N : "I know. See you in a while"
Jeonghan : "Okay"
I went inside and Jisoo seemed a bit low so I asked,"What happened?"
Jisoo : "Is Y/N upset with Mingyu oppa?"
Jeonghan : "Why?"
Jisoo : "They have always been after each other but ever since he returned, I feel like she became even more distant".
Now you're seeing that?, I thought to myself but I told her that everything's fine as it isn't my place to tell her about it. It's upto Y/N.
Jisoo's mom came and told us the others are here. I thought she meant Y/N and Mingyu hyung so I got up to go out but then Jisoo stopped me.
"Um, please don't freak out but I might've invited Tzuyu coz she wanted to hangout with Mingyu oppa", she said in one breath and gulped. I was about to say something but she pressed her hand on my mouth and said, "Please, Jeonghan-ah. She won't be a problem".
I sighed and went down with her and was greeted by Tzuyu...Aera, James and Taemin. I coughed unintentionally. These four are bad news. They were in school with us and are now in the same college as us.

Y/N's Pov :

We were supposed to go to the club together but Jisoo called and suggested that we meet them at the club directly.
She and Jeonghan arrived soon followed by..."What the-", I looked at Jisoo and Jeonghan and they gave me an apologetic look.
Aera, James, Taemin and Tzuyu came and hugged me as if we were besties. We all went in and Jisoo pulled me to a corner. She explained how Tzuyu wanted to hangout with Mingyu as she heard he's back. Tzuyu had a thing for Mingyu since school so Jisoo invited her but she brought the others along.
Even if I'm okay with the others being here, I'm not okay with Taemin. That guy makes me uncomfortable.
