                2 MONTHS LATER

TREVON POV

Aint nobody seen or heard from Kay Kay since the funeral. Even at the funeral she wasn't talking to none of us. Which is crazy because she always talked to me. I was the one she talked to about everything. I just hope she okay wherever she at.

"Yo D", I said knocking on his room door. He ain't say nothing so I opened the door and seen him on the floor shaking.

"YO YALL CALL THE AMBULANCE", I yelled out.

I looked on the dresser and seen a bottle of Percs. damn this nigga tryna O'D. He been blaming himself for P dying. He told us that P said something bout a baby before he died but ain't no broad popped up with no baby yet.

"Y'all can see him now", the nurse came out and said.

"Nigga wtf is wrong with you", Kash said as we walked into the room.

"It's my fault dawg. I should've never got none of y'all in this street shit".

"Nigga we all made a choice. We had to provide for ourselves and Kay Kay", Dre said to him.

"That lil nigga had a baby cuh", Draco said as we all just shook our head.

"Them niggas lost a member too", Dre said and D looked up.

"Yeah that same day we did that drive by. We wiped 1 nigga and injured 2".

"Blood for blood", Kash said.

What the fuck is wrong with us.

KREATIVE POV

It's been 2 months since P funeral. Ain't nobody been able to talk to me cause I changed my number. I been staying at Skylar's. I started working and saving up so I get my own place. I been doing school online. Ion need none of them niggas trying pop up at my school tryna get me to come back home.

"Omg Kreative", Sky said opening the guest bedroom door.

"Yeah".

"Yo brother O'D and he in the hospital", she said and my mouth dropped.

"Which one".

"Demarcus". 

"You think I should go and see about him"?, I asked her and she looked at me with the duh face.

"That's still yo brother Kreative".

"That nigga put his hands on me".

Nobody has ever put hands on me. Especially one of my brothers. But I get it. He was just upset because whoever they was beefing with shot and killed P. And then my mama showing up at the hospital made it no better.

I called me an Uber and got up and threw some clothes on.

"I'll be back", I said to Skylar and then I walked out the door.

I walked into the hospital and saw Tre standing on the phone in the waiting room.

"Hold on", he said and hung up the phone.
