Somewhere in a forest and a house...

A gentle and kind hearted human named Y/n is a very kind boy who loves to help people whenever he can. Even his kind and fragile heart tamed a man-eating demon who actually betrayed his master's rules many times just to spend time with this human. He might think but he was more than just a human...He was special. Wanna know how they got together? It was around 7 years ago...

"This is such a nice day to go to work." He started walking away from his house and headed to his workplace.

"Y/N KUNNNNN" A girl ran to him and hugged him tightly as he just laughed and hugged her back. Hello Himawari, ohayo gozaimasu, how are you? She stopped hugging him and smiled brightly. "I'm doing good now that you're here, everyone misses you, you know!" She dragged you in your workspot and patted your head. "Let's hangout later okay~!" You looked at her sadly and you spoke in a soft sad manner. "I'm sorry Himawari...I'm busy tonight so maybe tomorrow or another day...?" She looked sad by your response but got the message and just smiled. "I understand Y/n...sure another day!" She left as you felt bad about what just happened but decided to finish your work so you can go home.

After work...

As you walked towards your house you stumbled upon a homeless man and decided to give him the sandwich that you had. I mean you can just make one when you get back to your house and what is so hard about giving food to homeless people anyway? It feels really good to do something good for them. Anyway you finally reached your house and started cooking dinner since you were hungry.

"Hm...what should I cook today..."Ah! Maybe some ramen" You started to cook the ramen but then you heard a noise coming from outside your house so you decided to open the door to find a tall figure with 6 eyes and a katana with him. You gasped at this sudden creature because what was he doing in your house? "U-um...H-hello, how may I help you...? He looked at you with his same blank expression. "I'm...hungry..." The creature spoke in a low tone. "Oh! You're hungry! I'm cooking some food right now! You can come and join me for dinner, creature!" You exclaimed happily even though the multiple eyes on his face still scares you. "Really...you are really too trusting you know...human..." He looked at you to see whether he should eat you or not. He sat down beside you. "You know human...why would you let a stranger in your house...when you can't trust anything or anyone in this world and who knows I can eat you, you know..." You looked at him as you served the noodles to him. "E-eh well...I believe if you judge people too early it would backfire on you...that's why I'm not scared of you right now!" You're not eating me, are you mr. creature...? You looked at him and smiled as his face made a cute annoyed face when you called him this. My name is Kokushibo...not "mr. creature"

You laughed and apologised and also told your name to him.

Both of you ate, laughed and talked throughout eating ramen. You realized he was not so bad and you might actually ask him to stay with you since he wasn't hurting you or maybe he would but still. You and him surprisingly got along and you were pretty much not expecting it but yes it's the truth. You and this man-eating demon getting along. A kind hearted human and a demon...? It must be a dream or what.
