Somewhere on the road, going to work...

Another work day today I supposed...work is actually really fun with my boss. I mean he might be mean and bossy to my other co-workers but for some reason...the moment he met me, he was really nice and offered me a good position in the office. That's why some people in the office envy me or most of them actually. Also there is this one guy in my office who wears sunglasses all the time...like he was hiding his eyes or something? But he is also very nice to me, always asking me to hangout with him and giving me gifts everyday...and for some reason it feels weird but I better stop talking to myself right now since the boss is coming.

You saw your boss coming towards you while yelling at the other employees. He saw you and waved while he smiled brightly. "Ah! Y/n, it's nice to see you again! You're the girl I want to see today!" He touched your shoulder and patted it gently while all the other co-workers looked at you with a death stare. "H-hey boss, good morning..." You smiled nervously as he patted your shoulder more. "No need to be so formal with me! Call me Muzan!" he said gleefully. "Ah...is that right boss...? I think boss is what I'm comfortable with calling you. Muzan sighed while still keeping his smile. "Ah, well anything is fine! Please continue with your work, Y/n! I'll be at my office when you need me!" And with that he left you stunned. When you were on your desk doing some stuff Douma popped out, out of nowhere.

"Good morning Y/n chan! Here, a gift for you! Your favorite flowers!" He blushed and smiled as you just paused and looked at the gift on his hands. "Ahaha...thank you Douma san...I really appreciate it." And with that you accepted his gift as the girls glared at you.

"How?! First she got the boss to like her and now the dream boat, Douma san, who is loved by many women?!"

"I know right! I think she is doing witchcraft on those 2! There is no way this is real!"

"That shameless wh*re! She is really getting on my nerves! Is she that pretty that she stole Douma san away from us?!"

Both of them sulked and whined and talked trash about you as Douma kept talking to you.

"Hey Y/n chan, how about you and I go to this nearby cafe and get coffee!" He smiled as his face got redder, trying not to tremble and shake. "U-um...sure Douma san, I'm free tonight and boss did not give me that much work sooo I think I'm free tonight!" You smiled brightly to his face as his eyes widened and his face got red. "Ah! I-is that so Y/n chan?! Yay! See you tonight, 8pm!" And with that he left you alone stunned but you just continued with your work.

Douma POV:

Ahhhh! I can't believe she actually agreed to go out with me! This is the best day of my life! My crush finally noticed me and she agreed to it! He wandered and bumped into Muzan and smiled nervously.

"Get back to work, Douma...or you are fired if you don't get back to work..." He looked at him coldly as Douma apologized and went back to his work station. He can't concentrate because he can't stop thinking of you.

Meanwhile with you and Muzan...

"So will you go out with me Y/n...? I-I mean a date so we can discuss the profit of the company! Not anything like that, haha...!" He laughed awkwardly as you turned to him and looked at him sadly. "Ah well...I actually have a date with Douma and...I am not available today, sir...I'm sorry..." Your words hit him hard in the chest as he just stared at you in horror at what he just heard. "D-Douma...? You agreed to go out with him, Y/n...?" You smiled nervously at him. "Yes, unfortunately sir, I am not available tonight...how about we reschedule the meeting on another day if it's okay sir..." He was cut off by his thoughts when you spoke to him. "Yeah...another day..." He looked at you sternly as you noticed the tension between you two so you said goodbye to him and left him alone with his thoughts.

Muzan POV:

I can't believe that bastard took Y/n away from me...I want to kill him right now! Ugh! How could Y/n choose him over me!? I'm more rich and successful than that idiot who always flirts and hangs around women! I can't believe him...I better get rid off him before he actually charms her and takes her away from me!

Later at 8pm...

"Hey! Oh wow...Y/n chan...you look so beautiful in that dress..." He blushed as you smiled and thanked him and sat down and ordered. "So Y/n chan...what would you like to order? And don't worry and don't be shy! I'll pay for everything! Just tell the waiter what you want!" You smiled but you felt embarrassed because you are a heavy eater and a person who eats a lot everyday so even though you decided to order your favorite out of the menu. "That's a nice choice Y/n chan! I also like that! I wonder what shall I order..." He looks at the menu and gets an idea. "Ah! Well I'll just take the steak and water please." He smiled at the waitress as the waitress blushed at his action while you giggled at how many girls he can make flustered and blush at him. "That's a nice selection Douma san! I also like steak and I never knew you liked it too! You smiled cutely at him which made him even more.

Both of you laughed and talked for almost 2 hours as you decided you needed to leave since it's almost 11pm. Both of you said goodbye to each other as Douma stopped you. Hey Y/n chan...? Do you think we can see each other again tomorrow...?" He blushed as he looked into your eyes. "Ah! Sure Douma if I am free that is..." he smiled at you. "Ah! I'll always wait for you Y/n chan! If Muzan sama gives you a task, I'll always wait for you!" He blushed more as you just giggled and said goodbye to each other.

As Douma was walking towards his house he found Muzan on his front door. "Ah! Good evening Muzan sama- Before he can finish his sentence Muzan cuts him off. "𝕾𝖍𝖊'𝖘 𝖒𝖎𝖓𝖊, 𝖇𝖆𝖈𝖐 𝖔𝖋𝖋" "why are you stealing her away from me..." He glares at Douma as Douma just laughs it off. "Ahahaha! Muzan sama you're a funny guy! Let's just calm down shall we?" He smiled nervously as Muzan glared at him even more. "You...are lucky that I am very tired right now and I don't want drama right now...so...I guess I'll let you off the hook...for now." Douma then went inside his house sighing. He then went up to his bed and laid down on it.
