Somewhere in a house...(Y/n POV)

Ever since I had a high fever when I was age 10, I lost my sight. I'm gonna admit that losing my sense of sight is not very pleasant and everyone's biggest fear. But, I used to hate my condition but ever since a friendly demon assured me that I was perfect the way I was, I started to accept my condition. I can't believe that I actually befriended a demon and what's shocking is that he came up to me first and introduced himself as "Kokushibo" and surprisingly for a demon, he is really nice and always calm. He is actually cooking for us right now and I'm waiting for him to finish.

"I know you can't see me, Y/n but I have finished making pancakes for you and only you." He spoke in his same calm and cold voice as you gave him a smile. "Thank you so much, Kokushibo san! You did not need to go through a lot of trouble just for me and come and sit and try the pancakes you made." You pointed to the chair next to you as he sat. "Y/n...you know that I'm not a human and we demons can't eat human food because it tastes like vomit..." He stated as you furrowed your brow as you just remembered. "Oh...I'm so sorry that I forgot it...please forgive me." You bowed down as he gave you a sigh. "It's alright...it's not a big deal so just keep eating your food and I'll be heading out soon." You nodded and kept on eating your food.

Kokushibo stayed for another 10 minutes with you but sadly, his boss called him so he said his goodbye to you and left you there alone. After he left, you felt really lonely without your friend or the person you are in love with. You wanted to stay with him more but the universe always tells you no for some reason since you wanted to confess your love to him but every time you try to, something or someone interrupts your confession.

A few hours later...

"Y/n...I'm back, are you still awake...? I'm sorry it took me a long time to arrive since my boss requested a lot of stuff from me..." He walked around the house, looking for you and finally, he saw you sleeping peacefully in the bed. "Oh...so you are asleep...I won't ruin your beauty sleep..." He was about to leave the room but you pulled his arm which made his eyes widened. "I'm not asleep, Kokushibo san...I was waiting for you to arrive since I was so bored..." You spoke in a soft tone as he sighed and sat beside you. "Oh...I feel so bad since you were just waiting for me and I took really long to come back to you..." He looked down at the floor as you held his hand. "Kokushibo san, It's okay, I know how your boss can be...he is really demanding..." He nodded his head as both of you were silent for about 15 seconds until you decided to break the silence. "Hey, Kokushibo san...? I'm gonna tell you something important but please don't hate me after I tell you this..." He looked at you and raised a brow as you took deep breaths. "Well...these past few months, I think I gained some feelings for you...you always took care of me and always made me feel good about myself...so if I was wondering if you are interested to be my, you know...lover...?" You looked away, blushing as he was shocked at this but blushed too. "I-I...never thought you also liked me back...and yes, I accept your proposal..." He muttered as he pulled you in for a kiss which made your eyes widened but kissed him back anyway.

That night felt unreal, being in Kokushibo's arms felt like a dream come true and yes, the dream that I always dreamed of finally came to life. He kissed you passionately on the bed as that night was full of love.

The next day...

"Y/n...what happened and why are you bleeding?! You know I don't like the smell of your blood since it makes me dizzy and stuff..." He then picks you up and puts you down on the couch. "I'm sorry, Kokushibo san...you looked like you were sleeping peacefully so I went downstairs to get some water but I tripped and hitted my head on the wall..." You groaned in pain as he sighed and massaged your head. "You are very kind, Y/n...but wake me up if you need something because something bad like this can happen, even worse so you better call me if you need anything..." He spoke in his same deep cold voice but this time, it was a little sweeter. "Fine...I'll call for your help next time..." You muttered as he kissed your forehead. "That's my boy...and Y/n? I need to head back to the infinity cast;e because my boss is calling me again and he says it's urgent so I need to hurry." You looked sad that he was about to go again but you knew how evil his boss was and let him go. "Please be back before the sun sets...I know how easy you can travel since you have a demon that teleports you everywhere, but still..." You looked down as he kissed you on the forehead. "I promise that I'll come back before the sun sets..." You smiled and waved goodbye to him.

After he got teleported to where Muzan is:

"Muzan sama...I'm here, why did you summon me here, my lord...?" Muzan turned around as Kokushibo kept bowing to him. "You've been distracted a lot lately, Kokushibo...what have you been doing these past weeks...? You're not doing good on your missions lately, not as good as before, I mean..." Muzan spoke in a cold tone as Kokushibo gulped. "Well...if I'm going to be honest, Muzan sama...I'm just studying about the blue spider lily, that's all..." Kokushibo stated as Muzan gave him a frown. "Do you really think I'm dumb enough to believe that...? What do you think I am, a fool?!" Muzan screamed as Kokushibo's eyes widened. "I don't know what you mean, my lord...I've been working hard as usual to please you..." Kokushibo spoke in a rather nervous tone as Muzan got even angrier by his lie.

"DON'T LIE TO ME, KOKUSHIBO! I KNOW YOU'VE BEEN SEEING THAT HUMAN AND YOU'RE IN A RELATIONSHIP WITH HIM SO CUT THE ACT!" Muzan screamed as Kokushibo was just nervous and scared at what he was going to do. "Where is that human, Kokushibo...? I'm going to get rid of that distraction for good, tell me where he is..." Muzan said coldly as Kokushibo blocked him and glared at him coldly. "Don't you dare hurt Y/n..."𝓘𝓯 𝓘 𝓱𝓪𝓿𝓮 𝓽𝓸 𝓭𝓮𝓯𝓮𝓷𝓭 𝓱𝓲𝓶 𝓯𝓻𝓸𝓶 𝔂𝓸𝓾, 𝓽𝓱𝓮𝓷 𝓘 𝔀𝓸𝓾𝓵𝓭...𝓼𝓸 𝓵𝓮𝓪𝓿𝓮 𝓱𝓲𝓶 𝓪𝓵𝓸𝓷𝓮 𝓪𝓷𝓭 𝓹𝓾𝓷𝓲𝓼𝓱 𝓶𝓮 𝓲𝓷𝓼𝓽𝓮𝓪𝓭..." Muzan was shocked at what he just said but he was too angry to think straight. "What the hell are you saying, Kokushibo...? You're just gonna throw all your hard work just for this human...? I thought you were cool but you are just pathetic like the other demons..." He stated as Kokushibo kept on glaring at him but somehow this made him tremble and he did not know why. Perhaps...he reminded him of Yoriichi...
