Morning 9.00 am Everyone comes down for breakfast.
Dining room Everyone sits down and serves themselves.
Pratha: Akshu Abir ki surgery kab hai ab?
Akshara: Didi Dr. Abhimanyu ne 2 din baad ki date di hai surgery ke liye, aaj subah 10.00 baje hum dono Abir ko check-up keliye leke jarahe hai. Surgery ke 2 weeks baad Abir travel kar sakta hai tab hum wapas Kasauli chale jayenge.
Pratha(frowns): Tu wapas jayegi, not fair Akshu. Yaha hum 8 saal baad mil rahe hai aur tujhe Kasauli wapas jaane ki jaldi hai. Atleast jab tak main yaha hoon tab tak ruk ja na yaar please.
Akshara: Accha theek hai hum rukenge, hai na Abhinav?
Abhinav: Akshara aap mujhse kyun puch rahi hai, aapka maika hai. Aapka jitna mann kare utne din aap ruk sakte hai. Hum teeno ruk jayenge didi ji.
Akshara: Ha waise bhi Udaipur aane se pehle maine apne saare pending cases complete kardiye te toh hum ruk sakte hai.
2 days later
Birla Hospital It's Abir's surgery today. AkshNav have come with Abir to the hospital. All the family members are praying for Abir at home. Abir's surgery is being done by Abhimanyu assisted by Arohi. AkshNav are sitting outside the OT tensed for Abir. Akshara keeps her head on Abhinav's shoulder and he wraps his hand around her. They stay in that position silently comforting each other assuring that Abir will be fine.
Few hours later The lights of the OT goes off seeing which AkshNav get up and wait for the doctors to come out. After 10 minutes Abhimanyu and Arohi comes out.
Akshara: Abhimanyu Aaru Abir kaisa hai ab?
Abhinav: Ha uski surgery toh theek se hogayi na.
Abhimanyu: Mr.Sharma and Mrs. Sharma aap dono shaant hojaye tension leni ki koi baat nahi hai.
Arohi: Ha Akshu jiju Abir ki surgery successful hogayi ab humara Abir jaldi theek hojayega aur pehle ki tarah phirse khelna khudna shuru karega woh.
AkshNav sigh in relief hearing them. Akshara hugs Abhinav tightly which he reciprocates. Both are in tears of happiness.

Abhinav( in tears ): Ha Akshara humara Abir jaldi se theek hoga aur phir hum dono baap-bete pehle ki tarah roz shaam ko football khelenge.
Abhinav kisses her forehead and they then tighten their grip on each other. Abhimanyu closed his eyes unable to see them. Even after trying he isn't able to move on from Akshara yet, seeing them so close he feels jealous. Whereas Arohi smiles looking at the couple and is happy seeing their love for eachother. She gets emotional remembering Neil and thinks that if he was alive today she too would have had her happy family with Neil and their daughter Ruhi. Even though she is getting married to Abhimanyu she still loves Neil with all her heart and will never be able to give his place to anyone else. Her marriage with Abhimanyu is just a compromise for Ruhi. She closes her eyes and memories of her with Neil floods in.
