Sea salt and love are in the air, as Oda has primed a close relationship between two of the series' strictest characters.Since their first interaction, One Piece fans could already tell that there was some history and a rapport between "White Chase" Smoker and "Black Cage" Hina. This would later be reinforced when Oda released an interesting cover page of the two going shopping together during their free time.
