To struggle is to persevere,

Whilst your sorrows are severe.

The people that go through the pain,

Their efforts often come off vain.

Those who wish for success become depressed,

Whilst those who aim for love are stressed.

Matters and arguments become pressed,

While no one's brains really ever rest.

Those who win don't stretch their limits,

While the ones left behind say it's

Not okay, they're a living failure,

Their days are filled with pain they endure.

All those times, we look upon sorrowful lives,

Not realizing that we have our own knives.

When problems arise, they're pushed away,

As others have it worse, they all say.

They only realize in the crack of dawn,

When all their troubles seem to fawn.

When the sun sets and the last night begins,

They no longer think about their wins.

While younger minds and younger souls,

Always follow what is told,

All their problems seem to fold,

And one day they're treated like gold.

Soon after the morning sky,

Appears and people's hopes will die,

People start to wonder why,

They didn't get a chance to say goodbye.

To struggle is to persevere,

Whilst your sorrows are severe.
