"You're Finally Here!"

MADISON

I never thought this day would come, where I can hold my little bundle of joy in my arms. It seems so unreal it feels like just yesterday I found out I was pregnant. A lot has happened in these 9 months, from telling Hayes about Breyson, him not wanting anything to do with us, running into Jared, Hayes coming back wanting to be in our life's, to Mommy dying, to Hayes leaving again, then meeting Jake.

"Alright Ms. Sanders, your gonna have to push now okay?" Cameron said, I'm glad she's the one delivery Breyson. I really like her.

"Alright." I replied grabbing Conner's hand.

"When I get to 3 you can stop pushing okay?" She said, nodding my head a took a deep breath and started to push.

"1"

"2"

"3" I stopped pushing to catch my breath, taking another deep breath I nodded my head telling them I was ready to start pushing again.

"Ahhhhhhhhhh, shit this fucking hurts." I cried in pain as I was pushing.

"Your doing great Madison, keep pushing!" Cameron said looking up at me smiling.

I pushed one more time before I heard the cries of my little Breyson Anthony, they laid him on my chest with a blanket around him. I smiled down at my little bundle of joy and thought about how precious he looked, I never thought this day would come. Looking up at Conner smiling he smiled back and kissed my forehead.

"You did great Mads, I'm so proud of you. Look what you made, he's gorgeous just like his Mother." Conner smiled.

"Sir?" Cameron asked, Conner looked over at her.

"Would you like to cut the cord?" She asked, Conner looked down at me waiting for an answer, nodding my head I smiled.

"Go a head." I said, Conner nodded his head.

Once the cord was cut they took Breyson to clean him up, they brought him back wrapped in a little blue blanket. Cameron laid him in my arms smiling at me.

"You did great Madison, he's the cutest baby I've ever delivered." She whispered to me, smiling I mouthed a "thank you" she nodded her head and left the room.

I looked down to the little baby in my arms and thought how I became so lucky to have him. Conner left a few seconds after they took Breyson. He went to the bathroom. Sighing I started to talk.

"Hey Breyson, it's Mommy. You're finally here, I finally got to hold you in my arms. I love you so much Brey, I don't know what I would do without you Punky. Daddy was here today, he didn't stay long because we got into an argument. I'm sorry you had to hear that, I'm sorry that Daddy isn't here anymore. I would text him to come see you but I know he wouldn't answer me. Conner's here, he's the one that cut your cord. I know you'll love him, cause I do. He makes me happy Breyson, he makes me forget about all the bad things Daddy has done to me. I wish Grandma was here to see you, she was so excited for you to come. We had a lot of things planned for you Breyson, Grandma and I both, but I guess God had a different plan for her, but that's okay I know she's smiling down at us. I bet you she's crying up there now because or how precious you are. It's hard to believe that 9 months ago I just found out about you and here we are 9 months later sitting in the Hospital with you in my arms, time flies by doesn't it? I can't tell you how happy I am to finally have you in my arms, Mommy loves you so much Breyson Anthony Grier forever and always, I promise!" I looked down at him to see that he was smiling in his sleep, bending down I kissed him cheek and laid him down on the bed beside me, making sure he wouldn't fall off I let sleep take over me.

"Madison?" I heard someone say shaking my arm a little but, opening my eyes I was met face to face with my brother Cody. Looking around the room I seen Nash and Jake sitting there watching TV, I looked down beside me to see that Breyson was still there sound asleep.

"What time is it?" I asked looking around to find a clock only to find there wasn't a clock in the room.

"It's 2:30, you've only been asleep for about 20 minutes." Cody replied, nodding my head I picked Breyson up and laid him on my chest.

"Would you like to hold him?" I asked, Cody looked at me and nodded his head. Smiling I handed Breyson over to him making sure he held his head right.

"He's beautiful." Cody whispered kissing his little forehead. I nodded my head smiling, Nash came over and sat beside me on the bed.

"How are you feeling?" He asked putting his arm around my shoulder, I leaned my head on his shoulder and sighed.

"I still hurt but it's okay, it was worth it." I replied smiling, Nash nodded is head and smiled.

"It sure was, I texted Hayes and told him that he's here." He told me.

"What did he say?" I asked watching Cody and Breyson.

"He said he wanted pictures because he didn't know if you would want him here after what happened." He explained, nodding my head I sighed.

"I don't care if he comes back, I just don't want there to be any fighting." I said, Nash nodded his head and pulled out his phone to cal Hayes.

"Conner?" I called, he snapped his head over to me, he got out of his chair and came over to me. Patting the spot beside me he sat down wrapping his arms around me laying his head on my shoulder.

"Thank you." I told him kissing his cheek.

"You're welcome." He smiled.

Nash came back in the room after he got off the phone with Hayes.

"He'll be here soon." He announced.

"Who?" Conner asked.

"Hayes, he's coming to visit Breyson. So please be on your best behavior." I said.

"I'll try." He replied kissing my cheek.

"As long as you try." I smiled.

"I have to talk to you." He whispered in my ear, I nodded my head.

"Hey guys, Conner and I have to talk in private. Do you mind sitting in the waiting room for a second?" I asked, they shook their heads no. Cody handed me Breyson who I handed to Conner since he hasn't had a chance to hold him yet.

"Okay, what's up?" I asked playing with Breyson's little fingers.

"I have a question for you." He said looking me in the eyes.

"Okay, what's that?" I asked looking up at him.

"I know we've known each other for a while now and I liked you ever since I met you. I thought you was really beautiful, I've never seen someone more beautiful than you. I guess what I'm trying to say is, Madison Grace Sanders, will you be my girlfriend?" Conner asked.

"Of course I'll be your girlfriend." I smiled.
