Pop up!

Y/n's POV

We land safely and Finn kicks us off the jet as him, Josh and security grab our stuff off the jet. I was getting more anxious as I'm about to finally go home and hang out with Maddy and the others.

"Hey kiddo you want to go get a snack?" Billie asks patting my shoulder. "Yea sure! Also, when's the concert?" I ask. "Oh don't worry we got 6 hours before we start." She says checking her watch. "THE CONCERTS AT MIDNIGHT?!" I ask surprised, but I shouldn't be surprised because she probably does all her pop-ups at midnight.

"C'mon n/n you're coming with me!" Josh says pulling me to the car. "Where exactly are we going?" I furrow my brows. "To eat of course! We made reservations earlier because it's one of those celebrity restaurants." He says as Billie and Finneas wave us off.

I thought me and Billie were gonna go, but I guess her and Finn still have to help set up for the pop-up later. "I've been hearing a lot about Mason. What's on your mind?" Josh says going through traffic. "Well Maddy gave me his number and congratulated for my debut and everyone's waiting for me to come back to LA so we can all hang out again." I explain to Josh as he nods his head listening to me rambling.

"You were smiling like an idiot on the jet. It looks like you were gonna squeal." He laughs. I turned red and pouted at him. "Don't ever tell Finn about this. I don't need him being over protective when we go back home." I say glaring at him through the mirror. I know he's always kept my secrets from Finn, but he's had some close calls.

After 1 hour of driving

"We made it!" Josh says happily as security escorts us out the car and we enter the restaurant. I see someone familiar, but confused why he was here. I walk up to hi and his mom. "Hi Miguel, what are you doing here, I thought you were in LA?" I ask as I see that me and Josh's table is pretty close to theirs.

"My mom wanted to take a mini vacay, but we go back to LA later on today." He says explaining to me. "When are you coming back to LA?" He asks. "Probably in like 2-3 days. I had just got here not to long ago. We also do a pop-up show today, but that's not until midnight." I say explaining and answering his questions. He nods. "Why don't we take a picture really quick and then I'll leave you two alone?" I asks as Miguel agrees.

Me and Miguel take to picture and I walk to me and Josh's table as I post the selfie of us on Instagram. The waitress came to the table "Sorry for the wait, my name is Emma and I'll be your waiter! Just tell me when you're ready , and by the way you were amazing in Chicago." She says. "Thanks" I say politely. "We'll both have (favorite food)! And I'll have a Sprite." I say ordering for the both of us. "Great I'll get that as soon as possible!" Emma says taking our menus.

5-20 minutes later

Emma comes back holding our food and sets them down on the table. "Enjoy!" She say walking in some random direction. Miguel walks up to our table "I'm heading out n/n, see you in LA." He says as I get up and give him a hug. I wave to him as him and his mom leave. I sit back down "N/n I don't know about you, but this looks really fucking delicious." Josh says taking a bite and giving me a thumbs up while he demolishes his food.

Josh wasn't lying, the way that they make (favorite food) is magical. It melts in your mouth and it doesn't have an overwhelming taste. I finished eating "Josh I'll be right back I gotta go to the bathroom." I say getting up from my chair. He nods as he sets the plates neatly in a stack for Emma to come and pick up.

I get out the bathroom and me and Josh rush back to the car. "I still have to wait 4 more hours until this stupid concert." I groan "Hey it'll be three hours about time we get to the place!" Josh says trying to cheer me up.

1 hour and a half later

"Stupid traffic! At least it can from 3 hours to 2 hours and 30 minutes." I say being anxious to perform and go back home. We get out the car and into the very small building where we're gonna perform. "Wow this place is smaller than I thought!" I say looking around only to find Billie sitting on a stool on the stage. "Hey kiddo Finn was just setting up your guitar!" Billie says as a security guard grabs a stool for me to sit next to Billie. I sit down next to her as Finn hands me my guitar and I put the strap over my head to my shoulder.

"Why don't we have some fun for some time?" Billie asks. I nod tilting up the microphone from the stand. I give a thumbs up and started playing 'Smells Like Teen Spirit' by Nirvana on my guitar.

"A denial." I sing finishing out the song. We karaoke for the next 2 hour until there's 30 minutes left. "10 minutes before the clock hits midnight I'm gonna post the location for the concert on my Instagram page" Billie says.

Madeleine FaceTimes me, and I answer. "Hey Maddy! Why the hell are you still up?" I say waving to her through the phone. "Hi n/n! We had a movie night and I was wishing you were here right now. Anyways, whatcha about to do?" She says sounding tired. "Have a pop up show with Billie, but I'll be back in LA any minute because I'm just in Vegas." I explained as I see Madeleine slowly dose off. Mason notices and picks up the phone from Madeleine's hands while she was sleeping. "Hey Y/n!" Mason also says sounding worn out himself. His voice was deep and groggy clearly from his tiredness, and man was I blushing.

"Hey Mason! You sound tired too, but I might see you guys tomorrow when I come back. Good night." I say as Mason lazily waves at me before hanging up the phone.
"Your boyfriend called?" Billie says teasing me. I playfully punch her shoulder in embarrassment.

The last 10 minutes left before the show and Billie posts the location on Insta.

15 minutes later

A bunch if people showed up. Finn gives me my acoustic guitar. "Hey Vegas how we doin'?" Billie asks through the mic. "Good!" Everyone cheers. Billie sits back on the stool and tells me to play 'Your Power'. I play the first string as I here people start to sing with Billie and pull out their phones to film this one and a lifetime experience. Then Billie has me solo 'TV'.

"Maybe I, Maybe I, Maybe I'm the problem." We all say together. Me and Billie finish the song dragging out "Baby I, Baby I, Baby I'm the problem." " Give yourselves a round of applause." Billie says as we all start cheering.

Time skip from finishing the concert

The staff pack up everything. "Hey kiddo we're gonna go back to LA right now so you can sleep the car while Josh's taking you back. I lazily give her a thumbs up as her and Finn give me a kiss on the forehead. All I hear is them say "We're so proud of you kiddo!" Before the door shuts and I hear the engine start to run.
