Chapter 4 - Enchanting?

ZEE'S POV

"No, I'm not."

"Yes, you are," he says and folds his hand.

"Okay, anyways, sir, i have to leave. i want my phone back," i say and look at my phone in his side pocket.

"Who said you're going?" He says.

"Pardon?"

"I mean, who said you're getting your phone back?" He says and takes my phone out of his pocket.

As soon as I was about to snatch it from him, he raised his hand up in the air.

Holy spirit, he's so tall.

"Oh god, sir, give it back, please." I say as i try to reach his hand and take my phone back.

"No, you were disturbing my class. Consider this as your punishment." He says and raises his hand more in the air.

Shit.

How will i take it back?

I was thinking to myself, and he still had his hand up in the air.

Then i got an idea.

I kept one of my legs on the bench situated beside me and held the desk for support.

Then i tried to reach him.

Fortunately, i got my phone, but as i cheered.

Unfortunately, i lost my balance and was about to fall.

When a hand slid through my waist and other held my wrist.

I closed my eyes shut thinking I'll break a bone or two.

But as i didn't feel anything.

Rather, i felt a hand.

Then i opened my eyes to see him so close to my face.

His hands around me and my hands on his chest.

I tried not to blush so hard.

We stayed in the position for what felt like hours.

It felt like the time had stopped fr.

I couldn't understand why he was making me feel such a way.

This feeling was so new to me.

So foreign.

But i liked it.

I loved every bit of it.

Idk what this feeling is called.

I couldn't feel anything besides some song playing in the background

I could hear the music and his eyes.

As i said, his eyes were so mesmerising.

Our moment broke when we heard a click.

A click which sounded more like a camera sound.

As we looked towards the door.

There stood rush who just captured the moment that happened and ran outside excitedly.

"Omg, I'll post this on my insta. Let me know your id, sir." She shouted, running outside.

"Nvm sir ngl, i found your id while stalking someone. I'll tag you and her, see ya," she says, and slowly, her voice fades away.

Then, he quickly realises the position we are in and let me go.
