ZEE'S POV

Soon we realise our position and I take a step back.

But couldn't get out of his hold.

And soon he snapped back into reality and let me go.

We both were in an awkward situation rn.

I just got away from him and went towards the corner of the ground.

I sigh as I sit down and think about what just happened.

There were many things around in my mind.

Many things.

But the main question was,

Will this last?

Will this ever last?

Or would I be left heartbroken?

Soon I heard someone screaming and running towards me.

"ZEE!" Rush says.

"What?" I ask her.

"THAT OMG THAT," she says and points towards the place where we both were standing before.

"That what rush?" I asked.

"OMG Y'ALL DIDN'T JUST HAVE THE CRAZIEST MOMENT OF YOUR LIFE." She says again.

"Us when Sami me and you when?"She says and looks at the clouds.

"Ufff rush not again," I say.

"Sorry sorry." She says.

Then it clicks me if they saw that, did they also hear what he said?

"Wait did yall hear-?" I gasp.

"Hear what?" She asks.

"Anything that he said?" I asked.

"Nope." She says.

"Waise bhi usse kya karna hai we have kabbadi now be ready." She says and runs in the other direction again.

"I am tired," I say and lay down on the grass.

It was break time anyways.

We had more than 10 minutes till the game was about to start.

I just stared at the clouds and I feel someone standing near me.

And I could feel them staring at me.

I looked up and saw sir.

I quickly sat up and did some neck stretching.

I could feel the cold breeze on my face.

He sat down next to me too.

There was a peaceful silence between us.

Just the wind and the silence.

It felt peaceful.

And sitting on the grass there with him.

Must be something I'd imagine in my fake scenarios.

"You played well." He says breaking the silence but still looking forward.

I looked at him and then again towards the ground.

"Thanks," I say.

"It's like you were taking the whole team with you, must be hard." He says.

"Nah nah but thanks for the appreciation," I say.

Then again it went silent.

My neck was paining because of the games we played.

I kept a hand on my neck and moved in sideways.
