Fourteen.

A week had quickly gone by and during those seven days, Sunghoon and Sora had gotten closer.

Sunghoon wasn't harsh towards her and Sora felt comfortable around Sunghoon. She was beginning to trust him as the days went on.

"A full moon is coming." Sunghoon announced as the two sat on the steps on the porch, staring up at the night sky. "I can't feel it."

"Is it painful when you turn?" Sora wondered and glanced at his side profile.

She couldn't get over how elegant he looked. His pale skin that shimmered in the daylight, and his pink lips that complimented his deep brown eyes and sloped nose looked kissable. His black hair rested on his forehead and the few moles that were dotted around his face always seemed to make her smile.

Sunghoon turned to look at her and the two made eye contact; Sora instantly feeling her cheeks heat up.

"Yeah," He nodded, licking his lips. "It's the worst pain imaginable. It feels like something is clawing at my skin and won't stop. It's a burning sensation that lasts for hours but I've gotten used to it." He shrugged. "But I don't know what I'm going to do with you being here."

"What do you mean?" Sora raised a brow in confusion.

"Usually, the boys chain me up in our basement to prevent me from killing anything in sight, but that never works. So now, we're out here in the middle of nowhere, I'm afraid that I'll lose control and hurt you."

"You won't hurt me, Sunghoon." Sora shook her head. "I know you won't."

"Why?" He questioned and looked away from her and back to the sky.

"Because I trust you."

Sunghoon closed his car boot with the heavy, metal chains in his hands. He could feel his stomach turn at the thought of the full moon tonight.

He looked up from the restraints and over to Sora, who was sat on the step as usual, eating a slice of bread.

"Sora," He called over to her, making her break away from her thoughts and look over at him. He beckoned her over and she complied. "You have to chain me to the tree." He stated and she hesitantly nodded.

"Here," She handed him the bread as he leaned against the tree trunk. "You can have the rest."

He chuckled and nodded, sending her a smile. "Thanks."

Soon after, Sora was quick to walk around Sunghoon and the tree, the chains keeping him against trunk.

"It's not too tight, right?" She asked, worried she was hurting him.

"It needs to be tighter." Sunghoon replied, a groan in his tone as he was beginning to feel the effects of the moon that was shining so brightly down onto him.

Sora licked her lips and nodded before she hurriedly tied him up.

Once she was finished, she cautiously stepped back to take a look at the boy, who now had his head bowed as he refused to look up, and he was heavily panting.

"Sunghoon..." She softly called out, and he yet again disallowed himself to face her.

His eyes had begun turning an orange shade that was due to the red from his vampire side and the yellow from the wolf inside him. His canines had grown longer and sharper and he could feel his claws that were sharp like daggers were tearing at the skin of his palms.

"Sora, go." The Park boy instructed in agony. "Go, Sora!" He repeated, feeling himself become stronger than the restraints could hold.

Sora was quick to stumble back — almost falling over a stick as she did so — and she rushed over to Sunghoon's car, pulling out the keys he'd given her early and climbing in before locking it.

She let out a breath and ran a hand through her hair as she ducked down in the car so he wouldn't be able to see her, though, she made sure that she was able capable of seeing Sunghoon.

The Choi girl watched as Sunghoon cried out in agony. There were tears of pain strolling down his cheeks and it made Sora's heart ache, as she knew there was nothing she could do to take his pain away.

Suddenly, the chains snapped and Sunghoon fell forward. His hands were gripping at the soil of the floor and he felt himself let out a loud groan before hearing his clothes tear and forming into his wolf.

A gasp released from Sora as she slowly brought her hand up to cover her mouth in shock and admiration.

Sunghoon's wolf was beautiful. It was a mix of the colours grey, white and black and his eyes had turned a piercing, icey blue. He looked fluffy and as the wolf came to stand on its four paws, it let out a growl before dashing off through the forest.

A sigh let's Sora as she laid down across the back seats. She was happy that Sunghoon hadn't tried hurting her, but worried for anyone he would end up hurting.

As the thoughts circled Sora's mind, she felt her eyes slowly begin to shut as exhaustion filled her.

Just as she was about to give in though, a loud howl was heard in the distance.

It was the sun shining through the car window and down onto Sora's face that made her stir.

But it was the tapping on the window that awoke her, and she quickly sat up.

She rubbed her eyes slightly and before she knew it, she was face to face with Sunghoon through a double glazed glass.

He had mud all of his face and a blush crept on Sora as she noticed his chest was revealed.

She cleared her throat before unlocking the car and stepping out of it.

She looked the boy up and down, and took in the dirt he had all over him before chuckling under her breath as an idea came to mind.
