Fifteen.

"STOP moving so much." Sora impatiently groaned with a laugh as she softly grabbed onto Sunghoon's arm and pulled him before her.

"It's cold." He whined and Sora rolled her eyes as she turned the tap off.

"It's the only way you'll get clean." She stated, looking down at his feet that were covered in dry and wet dirt stains. "Because you're not going inside like that." She shook her head and Sunghoon rolled his eyes.

"Whatever," He scoffed. "Just make it quick."

"I would if you didn't start running away like a dog that's being forced to take a bath." Sora argued back and was quick to turn the hose back on, before she sprayed him.

"Ah! Stop! It's freezing! Sora!" Sunghoon moaned like a child and Sora couldn't help but laugh.

"Shut up, Sunghoon." She laughed out and moved the direction of the hose from his toned stomach and to his face.

The action caused Sunghoon to gasp and hold his hands out as a way of trying to prevent the water from continuing to attack his face, but it was no use.

Sora stood cackling at him. She found it so funny hearing his demands for her to 'Quit It' and that she was being 'Silly' but the girl ignored all of it and continued to soak him.

All of a sudden, Sora's eyes widened as she watched as Sunghoon snatched the hose from her grip and turned the water on her.

Gasps were heard coming from her as she turned around so that she back was facing him. "Sunghoon, what the hell? Stop!" She demanded, and the only thing she heard as a response was his loud laugh.

She rolled her eyes and before Sunghoon knew it, Sora had spun back around on her heel and began playfully fighting him for the hose.

Their laughs could be heard from a mile away but they didn't care. To them, soaking each other meant that they were having the time of their lives and that's all that mattered.

No matter how drenched they got, and no matter how much of a wet dog they looked they, Sunghoon and Sora were happy because they were together.

Later on that day, once the two had dried off, they headed back inside. Sora sat on the floor in front of the small, squared table and Sunghoon sat on the bench not far from her.

They sat in a comfortable silence as Sunghoon read his book and Sora shuffled the playing cards that had been in Sunghoon's car randomly.

"Sunghoon," She called out, her shoulders slumped in sadness. The girl had been thinking about the future and how she would be the only one who would grow old, while Sunghoon and Dohee would remain young and beautiful.

"Hm?" He hummed, looking away from his book and over at her.

A shaky breath came from Sora as she anxiously played with her fingers. "Could you bite me?" She hesitantly asked, and Sunghoon scoffed out a chuckle.

"It doesn't work like that." He stated and Sora huffed.

"Okay, but I want you to turn me." She revealed, and Sunghoon softly bit down on his lip.

"Why?" He wondered.

"Well, you and Dohee will stay young and I'll become a wrinkly, old woman and I don't want that." Sora explained, feeling her heart clench with pain as her throat felt as if it was closing up.

"I can't." Sunghoon shook his head.

"But why?" She sadly asked, feeling a tear spill over but quickly wiping it away. "Please, Sunghoon."

"It's not that I don't want to, it's just you can't. Your blood type is too powerful and would just kill you straight away and I don't want to see you die a painful death — or even die at all." Sunghoon told her, and his eyebrows creased in sadness after hearing her quiet sniffle to herself, trying her best to keep the fact she was upset away from Sunghoon.

The Park boy had obviously heard it though, and before Sora knew it, Sunghoon was sat down in front of her.

"It's okay, Sora." He whispered and gently tucked a strand of her brown hair behind her ear.

She sniffled once again and let out a hiccup, before her hand reached up to with away another year that had fallen.

As Sunghoon looked at her, he couldn't help but notice the scar that was on her cheek and it made angst well up inside of him as he softly brushed his thumb across it.

"Does it hurt?" His tone was gentle and caring and Sora silently shook her head.

Sunghoon continued to notice the dolour in her features and so he leaned back slightly and gave himself a brief pep-talk in his head before he began pulling funny and silly faces in hopes it'd cheer Choi Sora up.

It did, and within seconds, the usual, sweet and welcoming smile was brought back to Sora's lips.

The two chuckled and once Sunghoon had decided enough was enough, he bowed his head in embarrassment.

"Don't be embarrassed, Sunghoon," She laughed and playfully pushed his shoulder, her salty tears now drying on her cheeks. "It was funny. It cheered me up."

Sunghoon chuckled slightly, still contemplating whether he should just face her right away or wait a little longer, but before he could come to a decision, the sound of cars and a motorbike pulling up outside caused his eyes to widen and panic bubble up inside of his chest.
