FOUR YEARS LATER

"Baby, come here, don't go there." How quickly they grew up. I can't believe they're already four years right now.

"Ace, come let's go play football, yea baby?" Ivan cooed Ace as he took his hand and went outside.

"Daddy came!" Isabella claps with excitement, she rushed to the door and opens the door for Romeo. Romeo comes in holding two bouquets of red roses.

"Here, that's for you, my love. And one for Mommy." He hands her the bouquet. He walked towards me with her, and he gave me my bouquet.

What a gentleman.

"Love, thank you, that's so cute." I hug him. He presses his lips on my forehead. Isabella jumps in my arms, and I hug her. She smells adorable.

"Isabella, baby girl, wanna go to the store and get some candies for you and Mommy?" Romeo winks at me.

I roll my eyes and chuckle he's so cute. Isabella leaves my hands and rushes to him, hugging him from his leg, since he is super tall and she is a small little baby beside him.

"Daddy, yes, please! Can ace come too? Maybe also we can make a surprise for mommy, daddy." Isabella pouts.

"Yes, baby girl, of course. Go get ace and let's go, we're gonna make the best surprise for Mommy, right Bella?" He winks at her. She giggles and goes to ace.

"Hmm baby, I miss you." Romeo walks closer to me, kissing my lips, I kiss him back.

"Baby, I miss you much more. It's just you know.. I'm really tired. I don't know why."

"It's okay, my love. We're gonna get you some candies, and we'll be back. Do you need anything from the supermarket?"

"No, I don't think so, babe." I shook my head. "Just check the fridge if we need something get. Oh baby, can you get me Starbucks, please?" I pout just like Bella did before a while.

"Sure, baby. Anything for my princess." He chuckles, still having that icy deep hot voice.

"And what about us, Daddy?" Isabella comes holding hands with ace.

"For you too, my love, don't worry." He kissed my lips roughly, god how much I missed those lips, his possessive mouth. "We'll continue this later." He whispers seductively and kisses me again. I giggle silently.

"Eww, gross, stop that we're here." Ace and Isabella say at the same time, covering their faces with their small little tiny hands.

Romeo and I laugh, "Okay, let's go!!" Romeo clap his hands, making their way outside. How I'm lucky to have them, they're just a miracle god sent me them.

Well... everything happened so fast. After I woke up from the coma and I came home, Romeo and his parents took a good care of me, and I'm so grateful to have them. They're just like my parents now.

After a week , I fully recovered from everything, and we started doing it because we missed each other so badly. Why I'm even talking about this topic? Anyways, we did it almost two times per day and every day.

After some days, I found out I was pregnant with twins.
