Bonding with the Bad boys

About an hour past while they were building a farm for more wheat, building more beds and gathering more resources.

Grian still couldn't really remember who Tim and Joel were. They tried reminding him but it was a bit hopeless.

"Grian... Do you remember anything before waking up here ?" Joel asked.

Grian thought about it but... He couldn't really remember.

"There are like, pictures and scenes flashing up but... there isn't any like substantial memories..." He said.

"Well what do you see in these like 'flashbacks' ?" Tim asked with a curious undertone, with a bit of sorrow.

"I remember... Darkness... and space and... " Grian stopped struggling to find the right words to say.

"Eyes..."

"Purple eyes..."

It was silent for a bit, until Joel broke the silence.

"Ok, if you need to talk about anything, we're there bro"

"Thanks Joel... and Tim I guess" Grian said almost forgetting that Tim was there.

Tim seemed to be quite busy to. He spent the last 20 minutes at the crafting table doing god knows what.

Joel expanded the wheat farm further almost getting to the edge of the roof.

"Maybe they aren't as bad as I thought.."
Grian thought to himself. Should he fully trust them ? He wasn't sure, but he was gonna have a good time with them non the less...

After a while Tim walked to over to Grian. He extended his arm revealing a small package.

"Here this is for you, you're gonna need it, since you're one of us" Tim said, looking rather excited.

"Okay... uhh.. thank you Tim" Grian answered hesitantly taking the package, still a bit afraid of getting another poison potion.

He slowly opened the package to reveal some black leather inside. He threw the paper to the floor and found an entire punk outfit inside. There were punk leather boots fishnet gloves, leather gloves and the highlight. A leather jacket. Or rather a vest.
It had Grians name on the back and some spikes on the shoulders. A lot of zippers seemed to be randomly placed to reveal a ton of pockets.

Grian couldn't help it. A smile slowly made it's way on his face. He had to grin when he saw that there were zippers on the back of vest for his wings.

"So you like it ?" Tim asked witha big smile on his face.

Grian almost shed a tear, he couldn't speak at the moment so he nodded excessively.

Tim looked at Grian weird for a moment before hesitantly grabbing and hugging him.
Grian was a bit shocked, but he did like it. He only now just noticed that Tim actually was a little taller then him, which resulted in a rather comfortable warm hug that lasted for like a good two minutes.

The two eventually let go both smiling widely.

"Bonding time without me ?" Joel said with a smile in his voice. Attacking the both with a hug seconds later.

They ended up on the floor laughing and joking around, forgetting the rather difficult situation they were in..

Authors Notes:

Well this is rather on the short side, but I wanted to incorporate a little more character and dynamic between the bad boys before introducing the other people, like the clockers, who will be introduced in the next chapter :D

The boogeyman will also strike soon..

(I'm aware that this is quite different to the start of limited life but I wanted the bad boys to meet sooner, dw skizz is gonna get killed lol)
