Chapter 3

(Brittany's POV)

It had been a four hour drive and I had dosed off somewhere within the first two. I had just woken up previously and just in time to see us pulling into the gates of my new home.

It had a huge white sandstone archway with two gold ion gates that were wide open. On the archway read the schools name 'Feathered Flight Academy' in gold metal letters that had been nailed into the archway.

As we drove through the gate I looked around the grounds seeing lush green grass all around, with spots of pink where the cherry blossoms trees stood, that were scattered around.

When I looked up ahead I felt my jaw drop at what I saw before me. A beautiful cream marble stone building with huge glass windows everywhere and massive mahogany doors out the front, sat at the far side of the roundabout, that had an astonishing water fountain in the center, which was linked to the end of the driveway we were currently driving down.

The car came to a stop and I suddenly felt butterflies in my stomach.

"Are there any other powers I should know about before we go in side or any people that I should avoid?" giving them a worried look.

"Well I can predicted the future." Riley said proudly.

"Dude you can not!" Haden said punching him in the arm then opening his door as an escape rout if things get too rough I gather.?

"Can so watch. I predict that you fall out of the car.

"What?"

And with that Riley pushed Haden and he fell out of the car onto the sand colored gravel driveway.

"And voila I was right!"

"Wow just amazing Riley that was amazing how did you do it?!" I giggled sarcastically.

"Yeah! Yeah! Had your laugh yet!" Haden said still on the ground outside.

"Yep!"

"Good my turn!"

Then Riley shot out his door and landed on the ground dripping wet!

"What the hell was that!?" shocked at what I had just seen.

"My animal mate is a water lion he's still a cub but hell as awesome at water bending!" Haden stated standing up and dusting himself off with a smirk.

"Good for you man doesn't mean you have to drench me! God!"

"Yeah well you didn't have to shove me out the car though! I'm aloud to have payback!!"

I could see another fight about to start from this "So do I have to meet the principal or something?" I attempted changing their minds away from bickering and surprisingly succeeded but not for long. Oh boy!

"Oh yeah I'll take you Brittany." Riley offered.

"No I'll take you." Haden argued. Gosh do they ever not!

"You can both take me ok! And you can call me Britt."

"Ok." they both chorused and we walked toward the mahogany doors and walked in.

Inside was even more beautiful than the outside but I could see that the main part of this school's color scheme was white, cream and gold. Inside was a munificent staircase made of white marble with gold railings and edges on the steps. The large windows everywhere let heaps of sunlight in that sparkled of anything gold and made the walls shine and glimmer.

There weren't any students walking around so I thought that we must of got here during a class. Thank goodness.

I didn't really pay much attention as Riley and Haden led me to the principal's office. All I know is that there were a lot of turns and hallways that I won't be able to remember later.
