Barranquilla, Columbia

After weeks of numerous circumstances interrupting their initial plans, they finally found their way to where the lattest clue had let them to.

'Los Ladrones' was the name of a beach in a big forest area right next to Barranquilla, the Rio Magdalena deviding the city from it. Big lakes and swamps filled this well vegetated area, while north-east 'Isla de Corazón' was floating in the middle of the lake.

Despite them having reached their destination in a fairlyshort time - Seokjin's stolen interpol ID having come in handy for this - they hadn't managed coming too far yet as unexpected visitors distracted them once again. Although perhaps it shouldn't have come as a surprise but rather foreseeable that the organisation wouldn't give up that easily and leave them alone for too long.

"I see twenty."

Jimin lowered the binoculars and pushed himself up from his laying position. From up there on the hill they had a clear panoramic view of the whole forest and even a glimpse of the sea behind the tall trees. It was almost scenic if it wasn't for the raising smoke in the middle of it. "How did they even find out about this place?"

"Maybe you told them when they drugged you?" Yoongi suggested and also lowered his binoculars to glance at him with raised brows. Earning a frown from the younger one as he began doubting himself for a moment as well. "You think so?"

He shrugged. "Maybe, who knows. I wouldn't blame you though."

Frankly, Jimin wasn't able to recall doing anything like that. He did remember offering the info in exchange of them dropping Arabella's assassination, but since Kir had refused, he hadn't revealed anything. That was how far his memory went back at least, anything beyond that was a blur caused by the pill she'd given him.

"I also count twnty men," Taehyung mumbled before zooming in more and correcting himself, "No, actually twenty-two."

The binoculars were suddenly snatched from him and he groaned when seeing Arabella crouching beside him and using them instead. She'd got curious and also wanted to see what was going on exactly. Zooming into the large group of black-dressed people and analysing the scene carefully, when her eyes fell on a particular person and narrowed. Lingering on them with the binoculars for a moment longer.

"Is this - is this the woman you were talking about?"
"Yeah," Jimin responded, his hand subconsciously gliding through his hair at the unpleasent memory. "Her name's -"
"Kir, I know."
"Oh, you know her?"

He didn't know why he sounded so surprised. After all it wasn't the first time she'd recognised one of them. It was natural she'd come across some of these faces when spending a large portion of her life among them. But perhaps he'd tried suppressing that sad fact just like she herself had done.
When he noticed Arabella clenched jaw though, he couldn't help but wonder if there was even more to her and Kir than a mere fleeting acquaintance.

"Yeah, I remember her," she eventually said. Swallowing hard when a flood of memories ran threated to drown her.

'From now on, you don't have a family. You don't have anything.'
- It was hard to forget someone like that.

Lowering the binoculars, she silently handed them back to Taehyung. Her eyes absentmindedly staring at the direction of their opponents, before falling to her silver bracelet. Jimin eyed her with concern, squeezing her shoulder lightly in an act of quiet support. She inhaled deeply, giving him a small nod of appreciation when another loud explosion suddenly went off in the distance, disturbing the natural peace.
