Chapter 17

Lucia woke up crying. She was sleeping in her room that night so she didn't wake up Adrien or Plagg. Her dream had seemed so real to her.

Adrien and Marinette had started dating but Papa had not approved of it. Which is silly because Marinette was nice and she made pretty things. The dream had to change into a nightmare. Hawkmoth had akumatized Adrien when he was Cat Noir. Her brother ended up destroying Paris and the moon. Lucia wasn't sure how but she lived through the attack but she was the only survivor aside from her brother. After months of trying to survive Ladybug finally came and fixed everything.

The dream scared her but she didn't want to wake Adrien because he had another shoot early in the morning. Their father would be mad if he was tired during it. A small part of her was also scared to tell Adrien. She will borrow Plagg during the shoot and talk to him about it. He would know if her dream meant anything.

The photo shoot was at a giant studio so Lucia hid in Adrien's dressing room until they needed her.

"Plagg, I had another nightmare last night but this one felt so real," explained Lucia.

The little girl and kwami had arranged her dolls on the makeup counter so it looked like she was talking to them.

She told Plagg a tiny part of her dream before he stopped her.

"As much as I don't want to involve him, I think you should tell this to Master Fu," said Plagg.

"You think my dream was real?"

"Dreams aren't my specialty but you could be remembering an alternate timeline. Fluff and Sass would know more about that," said Plagg seriously.

Lucia nodded and was about to ask more about the kwami but they were interrupted by a knock on the door. Plagg quickly hid in her jacket pocket at the sound. Lila came in and let Lucia know that it was time for her photo shoot. Lucia didn't trust Lila because she lied about everything. Sure her brother lied to people but he was a hero and couldn't let them know who he was.

"You know Lucia, I'm best friends with Ladybug and Cat Noir so sure I can get them to give you an autograph."

Lucia nodded and followed Lila to the photo shoot. The little girl really wanted to see Lila's pants catch on fire with all the lying she does. She may have used her powers to make a wire trip Lila but she would never admit it.

After the boring photo shoot, that had Lila acting like Adrien was her boyfriend, the Agreste siblings had some rare time to themselves. Lucia asked Adrien if they could see Master Fu because she wanted to see the kwami.

Master Fu's new apartment was on top of a restaurant in Chinatown.

"It is good to see you two. I will make some tea and get started on guardian training," said Master Fu to the siblings.

"Master Fu bring out Fluff to talk to the kitten. She had a weird dream that might be memories of a different timeline," said Plagg.

Adrien wanted to ask Lucia about the dream but decided against it since the dream seemed to involve him. He followed Master Fu to another part of the apartment to learn how to read the guardian language.

Fluff was a rabbit kwami and she could time-travel. "Hello Lucia, it's nice to see you again," said Fluff.

"We never met before. How did you know my name?" asked Lucia.

Fluff looked surprised and mumbled to herself about different timelines.

"Focus Fluff," said Plagg. He was used to the rabbit's little tangents.

The rabbit took a breath and told Lucia that she was all ears. The little girl took a deep breath and began her story.

Lucia and Adrien heard someone enter his room. They quietly looked at who it could be and were surprised to see Ladybug in his room. She had put a gift on his bed and signed a card. As soon as she left, Adrien went to the gift and read the card.
