Chat Out of the Bag?

Chapter 10

Lucia flew around the classroom to try to spot her brother. 

"No fair. Where did Adrien go? I just want to make everyone happy so why is everyone running?"

She flew out to the courtyard and started hitting people with her beam.

"Adrien! Where are you? I just want to make sure you are happy!"

A glowing mask outline surrounded her eyes and Hawkmoth's voice spoke to her again.

"You can make your brother happy later. Right now you must get ready to get Ladybug and Cat Noir's miraculous," said Hawkmoth.

Lucia put her hands on her hip, "That can wait until after I make my brother happy. You're not my papa so you can't force me to do things I don't want to do," she replied.

While Hawkmoth was left speechless by her behavior, Lucia continued to shoot beams at the students at the school. One of the beams almost hit Lila but she used someone as a shield which Lucia noticed.

"Mr. Hawkmoth, I will get you the miraculous but I just added one more thing I have to do beforehand okay," said Lucia.

*Back at evil lair*

Hawkmoth grabbed his head because a bad headache was forming. Normally he would force the akumatized individual to do his will if they resisted even if he had to cause them pain. He couldn't bring himself to cause his daughter pain. He was starting to regret akumatizing her.

*Back at school*

"You shouldn't be so mean to others, I think you need a timeout," said Lucia. She held out her hand not holding the wand and pointed to Lila. The redhead started levitating in the air while screaming for help. 

"I can't make your pants go on fire but I can do this," said Lucia. With a wave of her hand, Lucia had Lila hanging on a lamppost by her underwear.

The little girl giggled and proceeded to look for her brother. Just as she was going to look into the locker rooms, a voice called out to her.

"Little girls shouldn't be wandering around by themselves," said Cat Noir as a distraction. Ladybug threw her yoyo towards Lucia but the little girl levitated Cat Noir to take the hit.

"I'm small, not stupid," she said as she flew higher in the air, "I am Princess Happiness and I will make my brother happy."

Lucia powered up her wand to make a giant ball of light that broke up into tiny ones going all around the city.

Ladybug and Chat Noir had to dodge the many beams and they noticed the beams were deliberately missing the area near the lamppost Lila was still hanging from.

"Seems like the Purrcess doesn't want Lila to get hit with her beams," said Cat Noir, "Maybe we can keep her up there to make a safe spot from her beams."

Ladybug would never admit that she was very tempted by the idea but she decided against it and had Cat Noir rescue the girl.

"It's about time. Do you know how uncomfortable that was?" yelled Lila.

Both heroes had the same thought, 'We should have left her up there longer.'

Cat Noir told Lila to take cover as kindly as possible.

The girl huffed in annoyance and ran into the nearest classroom. 

"Hey, her timeout wasn't over!" exclaimed Lucia.

"The only one getting a timeout is you Princess Happiness," said Ladybug. 

The little girl cocked her head in confusion, "Why would I get a timeout for making people happy?" The little girl had a sad look on her face as she waited for Ladybug's answer.
