12) The Search Final

Time - 11:56pm

After saying goodbye to the people of the old corner, Jack and Roxy sat in the train back to the new side of Nicro Gardens. They had enjoyed their stay at the old corner but now on the way back it felt sad to leave the place.

"The people really took you in." Jack said.

"Well I am pretty likable." Roxy said. "It's obvious as to that they'd like me."

"I know all about that."

While they chatted and looked out the window at the passing by scenery, Jack's phone buzzed.

"Is Roger calling you?" Roxy asked.

"No. It's my SIA phone." Jack said pulling it out.

Jack had 2 phones, one for the SIA and one for his normal use.

There was a message on his SIA phone.

"Congratulations on beating the game."

"And now she is able to contact me." Jack said.

On the other side of the city, a woman sat at her table and watched over the city from her balcony.

"It took quite a lot of effort to get in touch with you Agent RED." She said as she typed the same.

"Are you that interested in me?" Jack replied.

"Very. Mr. Red." She texted.

"So what now? Anymore games for me to play?"

"None at the moment. However I'll let you know when the next one comes up."

The woman looked up from her phone.

"Alto. We managed to get him back."

"Thank you Tenor. Your job is done for now. Get Bass treated so that he can tell us about him."

"Alright then." Tenor said walking away.

The Alto looked at the moon which did nothing to drive back the shadows she was enshrouded in. She looked back at her phone.

"By the way, Soprano, Tenor, Bass and Alto." Jack had sent a message.

"What do you mean?"

"That's all of you, am I right?"

"Interesting." Alto said looking at the text.

"How were you able to figure that out?" She sent.

"You won't believe me. I'm actually smart." Jack replied.

Alto chuckled.

"You have a good sense of humour as well, Mr. Red."

"Thank you. By the way, very bold of you to send all of your agents here."

Alto looked up from her phone. She looked at the moon as something clicked.

"He managed to piece it from just that?" She mumbled.

"You are far smarter than I thought, Mr. Red. As far as I know, you only know the name of only one of my agents. But you actually managed to figure that out."

Jack looked up from his phone. He looked at the trees that passed by as the train raced on the tracks. He smiled.

"Got you."

"Actually that was a guess. Thank you for confirming." He sent.

Alto looked up from her phone.

"Fine. You win Mr. Red."

"I'm looking forward to what will happen between us Mr. Red." She sent.

"So am I, The Bestial Alto."

The 2 of them put their phones down.

"Very well. Catch me if you can, Mr. Red."

"The game's afoot now."
