I woke up with a heavy heart. I'm not expecting to see Yoongi early in the morning but still I'm expecting a bit so we could talk about what happened last night. But to my dismay, si Chen ang sumalubong sakin at naka-set ang breakfast para sa isang tao lang.
"W-where's Y-yoongi?" I asked Chen.
"He left last night, Young lady.."
What? he left? I grabbed my phone and saw a message from him.

My brows furrowed as I read our conversation habang nasa byahe ako. I don't know but something is not right. Parang napaka-plain and cold ng message ni Yoongi. Is he mad or something dahil sa mga sinabi sa kanya ni Sooyah? Of course he has every right to be mad at her.
"Young lady, we're here.." sabi sakin. ni Chen. I sighed and nodded at her as she opened the door for me. Duniretso ako sa opisina mo at naabutan si Maya doon. She's Sooyah's assistant.
"M-maya.."
"Tumawag po si Ms. Sooyah, she can't come in for the next few days.. She filed for an indefinite leave due to family emergency po. Kung ok lang po na ako muna ang magiging secretary nyo for the next few days?"
As expected. Alam kong hindi papasok si Sooyah. But indefinite leave in the middle of this preparation?! "S-sure. tawagin na lang kita kapag may kailangan ako.."
Maya nodded and bowed at you at saka umalis. Napaupo ka sa swivel chair mo at napatitig sa labas ng iyong office window. Parang gusto kong umuwi na lang muna at magkulong na lang muna sa kwarto ko pero hindi pwede, marami ang umaasa sa mga projects ko.
I exhaled heavily as tears starts to fell from my eyes. Pakiramdam ko ay nag-iisa ako ngayon. Physically and emotionally. I woke up this morning with a text that my husband is out of the country and now my bestfriend and I is not okay and she's on indefinite leave. My parents is in abroad and will definitely stay there for another week or two. My in laws are busy managing the legal and the illegal businesses. While me? Stuck in my office and doing the best not to break down and be the strongest version of myself right now.
Sa loob ng buong araw ay wala akong ginawa kundi magtrabaho at pagkatapos magtrabaho ay umuwi ng bahay at nagkulong sa study room ko. Mayat-maya ang tingin ko sa telepono ko expecting a message from Yoongi, from my parents and from Sooyah but got no single message from them.
