The princess and the spy
''Kikimora, just what do you think you are doing?'' Asked Hunter, seeing as how his head of guards was attacking Leonard, his future bride's best friend.
''I'll tell you what she's doing! She's trying to murder me!'' Replied Leonard, trying to avoid the attacks the short creature sent him.
Kikimora wasn't normal, she was like a weird elf-like creature with red skin, and her hair was shaped in a hand way, not even Hunter could tell you what she exactly was.
Eleanor jumped into the fight, doing her best to protect Leonard, grabbing Kikimora by her back, and pushing her away.
''He was trying to kidnap emperor Belos!'' she excused herself, though Leonard stared at her in disbelief.
''You think I'd want to kidnap that arrogant?'' Eleanor giggled after hearing how he referred to the emperor.
''I caught him outside the castle, walking near the rooms! How do you explain that!''
''He was just delivering me a letter!'' Eleanor lied, she couldn't reveal that Leonard was leaving her a rose for them to meet.
''And what was this letter about, huh, princess?'' Kikimora didn't trust her words, but Eleanor maintained calm.
The blond prince stared from a couple of feet away, not knowing whether to laugh or be serious.
''The letter was about,'' Eleanor thought about it, not knowing what to do, she stared at the prince.
''The letter was about my marriage proposal to Eleanor.''
''Yes, that's right!'' Leonard nodded, shaking the dirt off his clothes, Eleanor helped him up.
''Explain the details then.''
''The letter explained that the marriage would ally our kingdoms and form a better future for the people,'' Hunter explained, calmly walking towards the Dandelion princess.
''But you don't love her, why would you marry her?''
''Who said I didn't love her?''
''I recall you calling her stubborn, annoying, and stuck up,'' Kikimora answered, Eleanor stared in utter disbelief, how dare he?
''That was before we met, now that the princess and I have met, I can truly say I was mistaken.''
For the Moons, Hunter was good at lying.
''Prove it.''
Eleanor's eyes opened wide, she tried to get away from the arrogant prince, but it was too late.
He had cornered her against one of the tall trees, and soon, he kissed her. It was a meaningless kiss for both of them, if it weren't for it being Eleanor's first kiss, she would have probably not cared.
Kikimora stared at them, their silly little ''love'' act had fooled her.
''Well, congratulations.''
