"Someday you will be king."
"Some king you'll be..."
"Check out the newbie who would be king."
Was that all he was? Just a king? Was that all he was to them all?
These are the thoughts that lingered Camillot's mind as the several flashbacks of voices enchoed again and again, sitting amongst his bed, fiddling and fiddling with his fingers.
He'd eventually stand up and walk over to the royal mirror inside his room, gently tipping at the glass and staring longingly until he said something.
- "Am I really a mixel amongst them..? Or just royalty..?" Camillot asked.
After what it seemed like a couple of minutes, a flash of the voices once again echoed.
- "Yeah, well, you were the team leader and leaders have to make decisions."
Camillot remained silent before making a chuckle, yet it wasn't a happy one.
- "Huh... I suppose I'm not I guess.." Camillot said.
The castle like mixel would start to giggle a little, he'd giggle and giggle to the point where it turned into pained laughter. Camillot would drop to his knees and onto the floor as tears flooded down his eyes, yet he was still laughing either way.
It was almost like he was slowly but surely losing his mind due to the mental weight of so much.
Being royalty and dealing with so many duties.
Having to remain perfect and decisive at all costs.
And the upcoming time of being king.
It was all too much.
- "I must be perfect.. ha..! Must be perfect..." He muttered between chuckles.
But he was unaware someone was trying to shake him awake.
- "Cousin! Please! Wake up!" Mixadel shouted.
Mixadel would shake his cousin more and more until he eventually awoken from his insanity induced state.
- "Mixadel... C-Cousin..?" Camillot would blink as he noticed him.
Mixadel looked clearly concerned.
- "You look troubled, cousin... What's wrong..?" Mixadel asked.
Camillot couldn't even make up words, instead he hugging Mixadel instantly and just sobbed all his stress out. This would surprise Mixadel, but only for a minute as he held his younger cousin in his arms.
- "It's okay, I'm here... You've had a rough time..." Mixadel softly said.
Camillot would continue to sob for a good while until he ended up falling asleep and slow down, leaving Mixadel to get him comfy in his bed with Palladam.
And of course, he stayed with him in order to make sure he wasn't alone.
