MedixLand is a futuristic yet angelic looking place, with several clouds but technical looking structures, these structures have eyes similar to the Medix hospital in Mixopolis.
I can see it also being sort of like heaven, but not entirely since there's the Maximum Mixel's dimension.
These concepts also go along with a little something I somewhat headcanon, which is Medix mixels being like healer angels.
Various other structures in MedixLand mostly include things such as hospitals, clinics, spa places, etc etc.
The clouds that float around also have faces on them, and have healing capabilities, for now these clouds are called "Living Clouds" similar to the magma wastelands' "Living Flames".
The homes of Medix lands are towers, they're tall, blue like apartments.
